The rooms are basic and could do with a bit of a makeover, however that is reflected in the price and the picture on the website are correct.

This places has beautiful gardens, wonderful staff and has a chilled atmosphere. There are trips to nearby attractions that go daily and the staff with guide you. The food is good and every night is Cava night with staff playing guitar and winding for your entertainment. The beach is just over the road.

The website and booking.com listing information is not fully accurate. There is aircon, but the property is on a generator which is turned off between 11am to 4pm. We could have planned a bit better if we knew this in advance of arrival. Also the accommodations are not accessible, particularly the villa up the hill. This meant we had to change rooms after our first night, and luckily the staff helped move us but if it had been fully booked this would have been a major issue.

The staff were amazing. Tours, recommendations and day to day conversations.. all were so welcoming and friendly. They also helped us move rooms when we had accessibility issues with our first room.

Only issues would be the single shower room for the backpacker guests, even a couple of outside showers would suffice.

Staff are fantastic, friendly and remember your name. Spent a great day out with Kali to the waterslides and kava session in the evening he is a good man and made the adventure a lot of fun. Food is good with new choices daily and good local options. Gardens are amazing on the property. Close to beach, good snorkeling and cafes.

The food was average rather than exceptional. It was well priced. The buildings are looking a bit tired and in need of some refreshing.

Well located near airport, beach and main road. Nearby shops, cafe and restaurants. Good safe snorkelling off the nearby beach. Attractive property with lawns and many trees/coconut palms plus a view across the sea towards the sunset. Dining on site was alfresco catering for all meals on a pay as you go basis. Staff were helpful and friendly. Excursion options could be booked onsite.

The grass track to my room was muddy and slippery due to the rain & I slipped over a couple of times. Power is turned off between 11am and 4pm so when I was cold after diving in the rain I had to wait a few hours for a hot shower.

Nice restaurant & pool area, good location close to Salt Diver shop and 30 minutes walking distance to the airport and supermarket. Very friendly & helpful staff with tour desk to book day trips.

A little more attention to the toilet paper stocks in the various bathrooms is needed. It would also be nice for dorm accommodations to include towels.

The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming and happy to assist with any inquiries or concerns. They helped in organising day tours and excursions. The grounds were so lovely and very well kept. The pool was a welcoming surprise, and there are plenty of sun lounges and shade options. The restaurant, which as I understand is operated by people in a nearby village, was outstanding. The food was excellent and very well priced. The real stars of the show for me were Rafa and Kali. Rafa with his cheery & playful attitude, and Kali with his gentle kindness. I was sad to leave and endeavour to return in the near future!!

I advise to pay more and book a room instead of place in dormitory- it was raining all the time, no chance to dry your things, shower is outside, on the open air.

It's a nice lodge surrounded by nicely kept garden, serving very good food and drinks. Personnel was helpful, they let me check in earlier than stated in their terms. Object is organizing all sorts of activities on the island.

The property could do with a bit of TLC as it is beginning to look tired. The hot water in the shower (Bure 5), is faulty and you had to keep switching the faucet off after about 30secs of boiling hot water which would then turn cold. I think the gas heater is faulty as you could smell gas in the entire room from the connection outside. The kitchen put a surcharge on our card purchases for two days until we figured out the charges and told them we were using local debit cards. These extra charges should be made apparent upfront and locals should not be charged extra on local cards.

Quiet, Bure was spacious, close to family we were visiting. Loved the vege omelette and fish and chips which were really value for money.

I wish they would have provided a towel on the bed for the hostel. I grabbed one from the laundry room, but wasn't sure if that was the right way to do it. also, did not know that power is turned off from 11-4 daily. front desk should stock and sell items like big spray and basic needs items to save a trip to the store.

the grounds were beautiful and well kept. the pool is nice, and the staff and extra activities were a great touch. appreciate kava time with everyone there

The dorm rooms are a bit tired and so is the pool area.

The staff here are amazing, they made me feel so welcome, especially as a solo traveller, they really go out of their way to make sure you're getting the best out of your stay. The food was really tasty and well priced. But you also have the options to go to other restaurants within walking distance. Grounds of the property are beautiful and we ate fresh soursop off the tree. Lovely beach a few minutes walk away. The tours are great and Rafa is a really great tour guide, the coastal walk is amazing and you swim in the most beautiful secluded waterfall at the end. I also did the snorkeling at rainbow reef and it was well worth it.

The shower water would frequently turn cold, and the electricity / wifi would be turned off for a few hours in the middle of the day, but that’s island life! It didn’t bother us much.

The property is perfectly located across the road from the beach and a couple of quaint cafes. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, and to make sure we had everything we needed!

Front of House was very disorganised and not very knowledgeable. We had to wait over an hour at the airport (literally 2 minutes drive from the hotel) for our pre-arranged taxi. The evening food wasn't the best. Not a very personal feel to our stay.

Very comfortable Bure, quiet hotel. The breakfast good value for money. Cali was a fantastic host and provided great entertainment on his guitar and enjoyable Kava parties! Great location.

Beautiful garden setting with amazing staff but dated accommodations

Although the bure was very dated, the bathroom could have been cleaner, and it would have been nice to have some soap at the sink and shower. The quality of the food was on the low end, but a bit less expensive than the other two nearby options. The Prince Charles Beach was completely trashed with only a little coral and few fish for snorkeling - really too bad for the environment and disappointing!

Beautiful garden setting! The buses were far enough apart so you didn't hear people in the next bure. Very friendly staff who were very helpful arranging transportation to different places of interest. We ended up with a much bigger room than expected which was great for enjoying the garden with a small view of the ocean. The outside stone shower was also a bonus. We highly recommend the hilltop hike and picking fruit, the coastal hike to the waterfall, and all the other sites.
