Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The neighbors were Noisy all night long. AustraliaThere was some miscommunication and the shuttle was not at the airport to pick me up. I waited 30 minutes before getting a taxi. The bathroom water took 2-3 minutes to turn on and it was cold water only. The inside of the bath was chipped and coming away, no good for little kids. I paid for a room with a pool view and didn’t get a view of anything but a roof and other balconies, couldn’t see the pool at all. The walls are very thin and I could hear other people and music from a nearby night club.
I liked that they had security, the close proximity to the airport, and the little restaurant across the street. The staff were kind and were quick to assist with transport. The room was clean and comfortable equipped with a mini bar. The aircon was good, I turned it off as it’s not my preference. All and all it’s fine for a night, but not a holiday.

New ZealandVery old hotel. Outer appearance presentable however the interior is super worn out. Lamp, aircon doesn't work. Paid WiFi however connectivity issues. TV asks to connect to WiFi which doesn't work. Bathroom knob broken, staff had to get a rod and hit to try open which didn't work then got a knife and managed to open it.
Staff was good tried their best to give a good service from their end. Arranged early breakfast due to early checkout.

FijiThe bathroom was not up to the mark. Very tiny and not really clean. The wash basin was too high and therefore not convenient to use. The towels were non-absorbent. The breakfast had only bread and cornflakes, no "prepared' item. The rooms have very dim lighting.
The location is unbeatable, just adjacent to Jetpoint which has restaurants and supermarket.

New ZealandThe convenience of the property great but the location is not ideal at all. Within the complex it feel somewhat safe especially with security. But beyond the walls of the hotel is very dangerous. Not ideal for children if planning to go outside of hotel. Not ideal if travelling alone. Bathroom needs cleaning and upgrade, all the water leaking from shower all over the ground. Not very clean. Bathroom wasnt cleaned each day. Food pretty fair for price.
The bar staff fabulous reception great help. Loved a clean change of bedding and towels daily. Comfy beds. And outdoor to pool area fantastic. Love the aircon. Loved seeing the frangipani tree blossomamd the coconuts falling outdoor area stunning.

New ZealandGetting a bit rough around the edges. A Lot of issues could be fixed with minor maintenance which seems to have been forgotten. Loose sockets, showerhead, shower doors. Tv didn't work. Wifi didn't reach room. Breakfast very basic.
Price and location are good for a layover. Wouldn't want to stay for any extended period. Pool is good.

New ZealandThe groove of the slider doors on the shower was full of black mold. The glass on the shower was disjointed from the frame on one side. Shower floor was dirtiest I have ever seen in any low to medium priced hotel.
Location was handy for airport, supermarkets amd going to the two main centers, i.e. Nadi Town and Lautoka City.
