Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The staff was amazing and helpful. The size of the room and the kitchen appliances were great. The breakfast, although simple, but a welcome addition to the accommodation if you're staying for a short time or do not have time to cook in the morning.

Sauna on the rooftop was a really relaxing way to end your day, gym was practical to keep in shape during the stay. Laundry room is also very well organized. Staff friendly and helpful. LuxembourgAircon did not work in one of our two rooms. The beds are small and the pillows are hopelessly soft. The kitchen is practically useless. They make you use an app to pay for the washing machines. The app, from Miele, is complicated, unstable and overly intrusive. You have to buy credits in advance which they promise to reimburse if unused. I am still waiting... I booked in March. I requested two rooms on the same floor. Yet in August they could do no better than offer me one room on the first floor and the other on the seventh! If you suffer from claustrophobia, this place is to be avoided! This place is ideal for young singles making extended visits to Helsinki for work. They should not be selling it to families on vacation.

This is an excellent hotel, spotlessly clean and good breakfast. I believe many rooms have a mezzanine bedroom, with stairs leading to it. If someone in your party has trouble with stairs be sure to specify this so that you are allocated a room on one level. Highly recommended and staff very friendly. It is easy to reach via tram 9/9B from the central station.

LatviaNo iron in the room. Inconvenient hours and very limited access to the rooftop sauna (two hours per day?). Those hours should really be extended… And a small table by the bed upstairs would be ok, too.
Great, modern two-level apartment away from the city center. Lovely neighbourhood. Easy access by tram #9 (10-15min) from/to the center. Easy access to the West Terminal, where ferries are departing from. You can see sea (Gulf of Finland) from your window. Fully equipped kitchen area. Supermarket 10 min walking distance. Whiskey/craft beer bar right next door (a pleasant surprise), which remains open until 1am. Nice Thai restaurant also within 10 min walking distance. All good. Would stay here again. Oh, big plus - check-in/check-out is done via app, very convenient. Electronic room key is in your smartphone.
