This apartament has all you need for perfect holidays with friends/family. Very clean, a big balcony, calm but near the centre. The vacuum cleaner was broken when we arrived but got straight away a new one - excellent "room service". I would say 5* facilities and the quality of the material in the apartment. We also profited once the breakfast offer at the hotel which was a good and practical choice for the last morning and would have done more often if tested before ;-).

While the breakfast and dinner options are on the pricier side and located in the central building, we opted to explore local dining instead.

The apartment was spacious, exceptionally cozy, and clean. Although our stay was brief, spanning only two nights, it felt like a place we could comfortably reside in for a longer period. The inclusion of a fireplace, sauna, and a terrace with a barbecue area was a delightful addition. Conveniently, there is parking space available right in front of the apartment. Its location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area, and we were even fortunate enough to witness the northern lights nearby. The check-in and check-out process was swift and hassle-free.

Absolutely perfect. Apartment had everything we needed for our week long stay. Our children Absolutely loved the place and wanted to move in permanently!!! North facing balcony- we managed to catch a glimpse of the northern lights one evening. Drying cupboard was really useful Perfect location close to all amenities, will definitely be looking to stay here again

If you don't drive a car, you have to drag your luggage to Villa A and B, ten minutes' walk.

I choose Holiday club because the bus stop is near the hotel. We took the bus from Rovaniemi bus station to Saariselka. It ook four hours. The bus stop is near the reception of the hotel. But our apartment is in Villa B which is about three hundred meters. It is ok to drag luggage on the sidewalk because the snow is cleaned everyday. The apartment is beyond our expectation because it's very large. It has two bedrooms and a big living room. There is a big table for 6 persons and the kitchen is very convenient. During our 10 days' stay in Finland, Holiday Club is the most comfortable one. Two kids have their own rooms with two beds separately. It is very quiet. There is a supermarket not faraway. The hotel is just located in the center of the town. You can walk to any restaurant within 10-15 minutes. There are many activities such as Husky-riding, snowmobile, Aurora tour(if you have only one or two days' stay, it is seldom to see it, trust me,you only pay for an experience of pursuing it in coldness and darkness), which you can attend here, of course, not cheap.

On arrival we had to drag our suitcases through the snow to the apartment block which was around the corner. I think if travelers are arriving particularly in winter more help needs to be offered.

The apartment was very clean and a great size for four adults. Well equipped kitchen and the washing machine and dryer was a bonus. There were two bathrooms and a sauna.

All the rooms are not equivalents. Some are much less good than others (smaller, no windows, no proper privacy). It is a design very suitable for family with kids. Not so for group of friends.

We were in the big penthouse. Overall very good and spacious.

Overpriced activities

Location, sauna, fireplace, balcony facing North, to be able to see auroras. Comfy beds. Washing machine and dryer/heater. All necessities for cooking.

2nd twin bedroom was small. OK for sleeping in but not a lot of space for bags etc.

Excellent location close to everything Washing machine and drying cupboard were used everyday, so very useful and meant we didn’t need to check in a suitcase as we were able to wash and dry everything quickly Parking on site Really good value for money it was less than £500 for 5 nights.

There were not enough placeholders for hot plates which were coming out of the oven. Also there were no oven gloves.

Close to the activities we booked. Nice breakfast, friendly and helpful personnel.

A few basics like salt and pepper shakers full would have been a good addition.

Clean, spacious and having a sauna was nice. Good location and easy 5 minute walk to main town. Stunning view to the hills.
