The breakfast could have included porridge and another egg option (scambled or soft-boiled). The coffee was watery. The bathroom only had an electric hand dryer (no paper towels) and my room was next to the bathroom, so the constant noise of the dryer was annoying at night.

Great customer service. Felt safe. Lots of events. Endless food options in the neighbourhood. The front of the house was cool and had personality. Convenience store in the same house. Doors between the lobby and the sleeping area were soundproof. Bedrooms windows faced away from the street so the outside was quiet. You could rent earplugs, towels etc necessities. Shampoo/soap was free. Lockers were convenient. Each bed has a lamp. Good value for money. People of all ages were visiting, so I didn't feel old, which was nice.

After the opportunity to physically check-in, I had to deal with staff who were still unfamiliar with customer service. Better to queue for half an hour than to have to step away from paperwork. I was surprised by this approach to a live person who wants to use the service.

Location was not perfect, takes a bit of time to get to the center. If you have daily transportation ticket it's not bad.

The soundproofing was near-nonexistent so you can hear everything from inside the building as well as from the outside, but I slept okay with earplugs. I would have wished for a bidet in the toilets, as well as paper hand towels instead of a dryer. My room was right across from the bathroom+shower, and I could hear the loud hand dryer every time someone used it in the bathroom. A quieter method of drying hands would be preferable especially during the night.

I booked a double room with shared bathroom because I wanted my own room for the stay. I didn't expect anything luxurious, and the room ended up being better than I had expected. It was simply furnished but clean, and most importantly the bed was wide and very comfortable. The shared bathroom facilities were functional and looked clean.

Staff gave me card for wrong locker but it was fine since there was no one to use it anyways.

Hostel is quite big, there's a lot of common spaces that I didn't had time to use so I can't say much. It's a little outside of the city center but there's tram going very often. You get a card to open the door and use locker. The room was clean (toilets not so much but that's because of people I guess). In female dorm every bunk bed is placed separately which gives some privacy for guests. And I really like that in the bathroom also every toilet is placed separately with sink and showers had lot of shelves to keep your stuff behind the curtain while taking a shower.

The kitchen crowd meeting lots of people from all over the world.. Toilets are super clean you don't need to que up, the setting of keeping your stuff not to get wet is brilliant way attention to detail Bed a bit small but comfortable The housekeeping are doing a great job for keeping all facilities clean from time to time not just a normal one time routine. Highly recommended for all budget travellers like me :)

I hated the other residents. The quarter I was staying in was a 2 bunk bed place, and every single one of the other residents smelled awful. I remember one morning I woke up 2 hours earlier than my alarm because the guy under me smelt horrible. So, I think this property either needs a better ventilation system, or some other way to arrange the beds so that the smell doesn’t accidentally kill anyone.

The property was well cleaned, even though there were lots of people staying there. The staff were really nice in general. I was worried since this was my first solo travel experience but the kindness of the staff took all my worries away. Specifically, a young man called Celal talked to me in my first night and was really friendly in general, and I thank him for this kind act. The events that they held (I witnessed two of them) seemed fun, even though i was too nervous to join any of them.

The only not so good point was the location. It's quite far from the Central Station. So, if you had not driven on your car, you always needed to take the public transport to go to the visiting areas.

The hostel was managed well and properly. Everything was systematic and well prepared. Each bunk bed was separated by a partition. It looked like an individual room and gave a high privacy to the guests.

Metal beds a little noisy, blinds don't really work so bring eye mask, key card lockers in rooms are not secure, which I discovered on my second night of staying there, where my room key card managed to open another locker in the room (which I discovered by chance when I accidently opened the wrong locker thinking it was mine). There are signs on the lockers saying staff cannot be held responsible for items left in them, but there is no way of using own padlock on them, so after my discovery, just kept valuables locked in my backpack.

Great hostel vibe, very friendly staff, clean, key cards, very handy having a supermarket in the building.

The hostel is huge, and I think its quite expensive. 6 bed dorm was very small and narrow.

Breakfast was nice and the bed was allright. It was pretty clean. People working there were very friendly

Really easy to reach by public transportation/e-scooter. Reception H24 always ready to help. Free private locker. Good showers compared to other hostels I visited.
