The curtains could have made the room slightly darker in the summer Night. The simple instructions how to see the local TV-channels would have been great!

I loved the feeling very cosy - like at home. Very clean, very Quiet. I loved the bed in the bedroom, the location and yet so Quiet to sleep. For this trip I needed my own peace so great that breakfast was in the own room - picked it up from the nearby Café. And 🧡 Sauna 🧡 a lovely lovely stay overall.

The location is excellent. Very easy to walk to most tourist sites as well as easy access to trams and trains. The apt was well kitted out and there is a supermarket and cafe within easy reach. The app service works very well. Highly recommended.

The apartment was excellent overall. Had all the specific amenities/things we wanted including aircon, easy to use washing machine with a good dryer, microwave, outdoor seating area, good luggage storage, etc. all or some of which which we didn't find in other (non-Bob W) apartments we stayed at in nearby Nordic countries. The location is very central and conveniently located. The app/website and WhatsApp with all the information was very easy to use and the staff was very prompt and helpful. We will definitely look out for more of their apartments in our future travels.

The apartment is in a great location; a five minute walk to the central Helsinki train station and close to restaurants, grocery shops and Metro links. It's safe and quiet at night. It has everything you need including spare chargers. The door code worked no problem and the host was responsive. I'd happily stay here again.

There are two Bob W's close by each other. Make sure you look for the correct address and do not just follow the Bob W sign on the street, which directs you up a staircase to a different apartment building. At this address (Bob W City Centre), there are several door code panels (code boxes) and two different doors into the building. One door gives access to the lobby with an elevator, and the other accesses the stairs. In hindsight, it is obvious that there is a single "Bob W" panel in between the doors that gives access to both doors. However, when a weary traveler arrives, it seems possible that each door has its own panel to enter the doorcode. This resulted in us climbing five flights of stairs with our suitcases. Our mistake but not fun. The living room light panel is weird. We wanted to turn on the reading lamp next to the sofa bed, but we could not get that to turn on by itself without having all the other lights on at the same time. The microwave stopped working suddenly ("Error" code): we could not figure out how to reset or unplug/replug it. I'm sure I could have contacted Bob W but I didn't have time.

Comfortable beds. So nice that the sofa bed was made up for us when we arrived. Lots of brightly lit space. Immaculately clean, as promised. Heated floors are a great feature of most Finnish residences. We enjoyed the sauna. Easy walk to central Helsinki sites (harbor, museums, library, train station). Next to the central train station: 24/7 groceries at S-market in Sokos. The door code worked well once we figured out where to put the information (the exterior panels were a bit confusing at first, the inside ones are obvious and easy to use). The detailed notes below were very particular to our needs; you might not mind these at all. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Had great communication with staff but it would have been nice to speak with someone in person as well.

We liked the location of the room and how close to different attractions it was. Really clean, spacious and comfortable. The gaming console was a nice touch. Brought back nice childhood memories. Recommended!

There was no place other than the closet at the door to put clothing or suitcases, nowhere to unpack. The cover on the small sofa got wonky after a day and we couldn't get it straightened out, and one bedside light didn't work.

Location was great, especially after we realized there was a subway station just a few feet from our door. We really enjoyed the in-room sauna.
