I don't think the service could have been improved.

Staff efficient, courteous, professional and all spoke very good English. The amenities were clean and the upkeep of the reception, outside areas and restaurant seating was good. The ambience of the hotel was calm and pleasing. Early morning shuttle to the airport again was efficient with a courteous manner shown by the driver.

We thought it was nearer to the airport as it was sold to us as an airport hotel. We did not regret coming here. We caught the train to Torremolinos and a short taxis ride to the hotel. There is a free shuttle service to the airport, but not from the airport to the hotel. The journey was easy. In the morning we walked to the center. I would stay at the hotel again.

The room was clean, just the right size for our needs. The restaurant and service was excellent. I would stay here again. Friendly staff great welcome.

We had to pay breakfast 12 times although we knew we couldn’t have it as we checked out to early. I would have found it fair to give some sort of discount, especially as we had to add kids to rooms and were charged the additional breakfasts….

A little tired and in need of some tlc on some of the outside areas, however I did feel this may be in progress.

Lovely welcome, friendly team members throughout. The hotel is small but beautifully laid out. I thought the breakfast was good value for money. We enjoyed sitting outside in the covered area for dinner. Excellent Rioja for just 19 euros and very tasty food. Sadly we didn’t try the pizzas but they looked good when served to other guests. Serena, our waitress was outstanding. Very friendly, smiley, helpful and professional. The hotel has a very relaxed feel and we enjoyed our evening there. We booked to be close to Malaga airport and took advantage of the excellent free shuttle provided by the hotel. Small pool but enough for a dip and plenty of Sun loungers available . Would definitely stay again to be close to the airport. Excellent value for money.

Would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. Toiletries in the room were basic. I didn't like the bolster-type pillow but I asked for an alternative and it was no problem at all - staff couldn't have been more helpful :)

Staff were so helpful and friendly, customer service was absolutely superb. Shuttle to the airport was on time and just 10 minutes to Malaga airport. Pool was perfect for a bit of relaxation and was clean and warm. Great shower. Restaurant is very nicely appointed and food was great. Being a lone traveller I was made to feel very welcome.

I loved the breakfast but it was a bit pricey. Also our original return flight to Glasgow was cancelled and we were not refunded for the 2 days we had paid for. Unfortunately we were also unable to use the free airport transfers due to early flight times.

I love coming back to this property and seeing continual improvement, well done Hotel Zen

The airport shuttle is not till midnight. I had to take taxi from the hotel to the airport for my evening flight. No tea & coffee facility in the room.

I have no complaints. I stayed very little time and it was a bit of a last minute trip so my expectations weren't exceedingly high.

Room locks emit beeps when sb does not close the door well. This is annoying if you want to fall asleep.

Nice location in neighborhood about 20 minute walk to beach and lots of restaurants. So nice to have airport shuttle. Cool place, pool, great outdoor areas to sit. Restaurant. Will return again next week.

Breakfast wasn't that great.

Well located and near to the town of Torremolinos. A taxi ride from the hotel will cost around 5EUR. The room is basic but I was only there for a few hours, the staff were accommodating and allowed me to leave my luggage as I arrived early. The shuttle service was excellent and included in the price. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a simple place that's near the airport and town.
