Bathroom is a tight space but manageable

The main thing we did not like was the check-in and out system. We arrived late at midnight and the keys were ready and the host Deniz (which is very nice) contacted us before arrival as well to make sure that we have all ready. The thing is that in order to make check in, they must come to the apartment and that was only possible at 10:30am or later at 17:00. We only had one day in BCN and with the 3 children under 4 years old, our time is precious and we don't want to be waiting in the apartment according to the hosts schedule. They also needed to check us out at 21:00 (as we left early at 8:00am) so we could not really go to a restaurant and be free with our time. Nevertheless - both Denis and the other person which I forgot his name (sorry..) were very nice and friendly so it's not against them. We still would happily come again in the future for sure.

The apartment is really good - Location is excellent, 2 minutes walk from Sagrada Familia. You can get a bus nearby, metro as well quite close. Some nice restaurants (Italian, Vietanmese, Mexican) just around the corner, some nice coffee shops as well - one just across the door. Small supermarket as well. Apartment is clean and modern. Really nice! A/C is good, shower is great as well. Kitchen we hardly used but it is also OK - only missing a dishwasher which would have been nice. Saloon is spacious - has partial view of Sagrada Familia cathedral from the window (we did not go to check the shared terrace). Equipment is good as well - cuttlery, plates, all feels good. There was dish soap ready as well as shampoo/body soap in the shower and towels. Only thing that's missing probably is a dishwasher, if you use the kitchen more it's always nice to have. Also, as die hard coffee addicts - there was a small makineta (mocha pot - italian espresso maker). We did not use it as it's a bit of a hassle and we didn't want to get the powder. Would have been nice to have one of these cheap nespresso capsule machines but we just went for coffee outside instead. Overall - very recommended.

This point is more personal, it would have been great to at least have 2 pillows per person not just one. But that is just me and doesn't take away the great place this was for my family.

Thr place had everything we needed. It was easy to find and indeed very close to the Sagrada. Getting around is easy, you can walk to everywhere easily, or the Metro or get a cab. The inside was clean and arranged nicely for us. It had all we needed. The air-conditioning was also great and it had a safe to keep valuables in. The guys were also very easy to talk with and arrange with. It had all the amenities a family would need for a vacation. They had all the items needed if you wanted to prepare simple meals as well. And the beds were comfortable and the kids loved their bunk beds. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay and kept us well away from the heat when needed, and close to all the nice places to go to. Would consider them again should we come back.

It was nice to have a kitchen to use. We appreciated having access to a washer and dryer (even though it was on the rooftop). The living room furniture was pretty basic, but we didn't need luxury.

Easy to get around, bus and metro in walking distance. Good value for money. Great hosts and extremely accommodating for an early check in and late check out. Aircon in all rooms. Very spacious flat including a small balcony.

The walls in the building are a bit thin and, in the morning, you may hear all the neighbors. But it is what it is.

Very comfortable stay. Nothing fancy but has everything needed and the view to the Sagrada Familia :-). Location is great, a lot of stores and cafes nearby etc

Windows in the bedrooms are opening to the backyard and there can be noisy and many different smells from the outdoors. But with the windows shut it's too hot. There are conditioners, but it's not a great alternative.

The location is perfect - 3 minutes to Sagrada Familia, a friendly host and we had everything we needed for a short stay. The view from the rooftop is amazing, but it's not open 24/7, so you need to plan not to miss it.

From the bedroom I can hear neighbors talking at night. So I used earplug. Probably not an issue for everyone. Washer and dryer is at the rooftop

Location is great.. in between 2 metro. Walking distance to Sagrada Familia on one side dan to shopping area to the other side. Apartment is clean and hosts are professional and easy to communicate. The whole building is managed and it was mostly families who stayed. The area felt safe. Convenience store across the street. AC in all rooms.
