Perfect location with a great view of the sea. Layout of apartment great and lots of little touches i.e everything provided for using appliances, (dishwasher tablets) was a really great bonus. Although overlooking a car park it was still very quiet. Lovely and clean. Owner very helpful and prompt responses to queries.

If we were to be picky, There is a washing machine/dryer however some clothes you can not put in the dryer there was no cloths rack to hang cloths on to dry. Nowhere to hang towels in bathroom and no where to air them afterwards. No draining rack in the kitchen for plates though there is a dishwasher but not really economical to put on for 2 plates and cups, and a pan. Bedroom there was a socket on wall for a hairdryer but no mirror.

Great location, communication with host was excellent the apartment was spotless and tidy, everything worked the air conditioning was great as we were in the middle of a heat wave.. Great views and if your looking for somewhere central this is the place to be. We were there for a week then moving on down the coast. Would recommend and return again.

The property was designed and cleaned to perfection, the owner had clearly put a lot of thought into how it would work as a holiday let. The additional bonus was the location of the property- right beside the pretty old town streets and footsteps from the beach. Despite its central location, the property was quite.

Lack of television channels as could not access Netflix a d NO English at all so a minus for that facility

The only negative was a noisy upstairs neighbour at times but not the fault of this apartment owner.

Just as pictured- clean renovated modern apartment for 2- cleanest kitchen in any rental! Host provided Nespresso pods...appreciated! Great linens/towels. Central on main street but quality windows and exterior shutters made it quiet at night. Estepona is beautiful...can't wait to return.

Nothing really - like other cities the parking practices seem to leave a bit to be desired which can be worrying in a rental car. Would love to return in better weather to see it all in the sunshine and to avoid coats on the balcony - not something anyone can control (also when cute boutiques are open).

Brilliantly located by the seafront, tons of parking (free or 1 Euro) yet pedestrian areas and plazas right behind it. The apartment was incredibly well appointed - totally new and top quality renovation. The weather was poor but inside was cosy and modern. Highly recommended for single or a couple - well done Marco.

Bed was double and bit small for us but very comfortable. Third floor with no lift was fine for us but may be difficult for others.

Clean modern well equipped apartment with lovely sunny balcony with views of sea. In a great location on edge of old town. Very secure with auto shutters and key card security to building and apartment. Everything you need is walking distance. Parking is free on road outside and car park opposite is cheap but it's very popular.

3 floors without a lift, but isn't really a big issue.

The host was very accommodating to our needs - late arrival was no bother. The apartment is in a perfect location and very modern with all the facilities you need.

Nothing - it was perfect for us - but others may need to be aware that the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift.

Everything. This is a picture perfect apartment, everything brand new, stunning interior, beautifully furnished, great bathroom, lovely balcony, right beside the beach and easy access to old town and shopping and bars and restaurants. A perfect base for seeing all of Estepona so a car is not necessary - but if you have a car parking is right across the road. Lovely balcony for sunny breakfasts or easy sundowners. Plenty of Great restaurants all around. Fantastic host. 5 stars …!!

The apartment is beautiful,way above our expectations. Absolutely everything you could need and so many thoughtful touches, water in the fridge a welcome bottle of bubbly and basics like oil and condiments. The car park opposite is really only €1 for 24 hrs! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the sea. The Historic centre is just around the corner with great shopping and lots of lovely restaurant, our favourite was La Palma on Calle Terraza - the monkfish and prawn skewers are to die for. Loved this place so much we extended our stay for 2 nights.
