Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Morocco- Restaurant Botania was not at the hotel standard : we asked for a well done sirloin, the meat was medium , they cook it after a first call and a second call. I cut the sirloin into pieces and called for the third time to make it well done. And the waiter was not happy to be called 3 times for the same request. During that time the other dishes become cold.

IrelandNo toilet brush: lack of toilet brush is unpleasant for us and much more for cleaners. This is something that can be easily avoided. The access cards: safety matters made that we needed to contact reception several times to access the parking and restaurant on the top floor (that has external access). Staff was wonderful with this bothering issues
The staff: going beyond our expectations in whatever they were required (in reception and breakfast). Our special regards to Gorka. The room: everything was made for our comfort and relax. Remarkable are the lighting options
