Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

The access cards: safety matters made that we needed to contact reception several times to access the parking and restaurant on the top floor (that has external access). Staff was wonderful with this bothering issues

IrelandBar in lobby of hotel shut at 10.30 which was a pity. I understand Gingko rooftop was open but you could only access that from outside of hotel , no access from hotel lift directly to rooftop bar for residents.
Room excellent, very spacious .Beds were especially comfortable. Bathroom L'Ocitaine products a great touch. Did not have breakfast in the hotel. Check-in fast efficient , staff superb, doormen exceptionally helpful.

It is truly a 5 star hotel. You feel the luxury and the quality in the all components used in the room. The staff were very helpful and the location was very centric to all attractions. No need to upgrade your room, the standard room is very nice. I was offered the same for €70 per night but regretted the offer. My overall experience was really great, I like the hotel and I will definitely will come back.
