The entire apartment was so lovely, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Javier was a wonderful host, very helpful and informative. The underground garage was 5 minutes walk away and very secure.

There was nothing that we didn't like

We had a great time at La Casa de Santa Florentina! The communication was super easy and quick, and the apartment looked exactly like it did in the pictures. It was conveniently located, and although in a central location and within walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants the apartment itself was surprisingly quiet! Would absolutely recommend staying there! The apartment was immaculately clean and very well maintained. Hosts were extremely helpful.

There were no mirrors in either of the bedrooms, it would have been nice for getting ready in the evening, rather than waiting for 4 adults to finish in the bathroom, but wouldn’t stop me booking again.

The location was perfect, literally out of the front door and you were in the middle of the town centre. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby and the historical port and Roman buildings 5/10 minutes away.

Central location in centre of old town. Private car park nearby and again easy to access. The host provided us with helpful and abundant information on Cartagena and surrounding area which we found valuable. The apartment was beautifully presented, quiet and clean with great air conditioning.

This apartment didn't have any negatives for us with the possible exception of one thing that the owners have no control over: street noise. But that's to be expected in such a central location, and a pair of earplugs easily fixed that. We would absolutely stay here again.

We're frequent travelers and this is probably the nicest apartment that we have ever rented. It's clean and fresh and attention was paid to small details that make a visit more pleasant, such as paper toweling in the kitchen and a variety of lighting options so it's easy to relax at night. Other highlights: * comfortable couch * comfortable beds with high-quality pillows and linens * fully equipped kitchen * soft, fluffy towels in bathroom * nearby garage with designated parking * helpful, available owners

We booked the apartment for its location and secure parking but it was rather difficult parking to collect the keys from a locker, find the garage in another location and then a 500m walk to the apartment . But the convenience of having secure parking outweighed this inconvenience .

We liked its central location, its proximity to the Roman and the Modernista buildings. The apartment was stylish and well equipped. The owner was very helpful.

We loved everything about it, the location was great, central to most of the main places to visit. The apartment was lovely. The recommendations and communication for places to eat etc. was really helpful and we enjoyed at least three on the list over the couple of days we were there. Could not fault it. The hosts were really lovely and communication was great.

Really couldn’t say there was anything we didn’t like….if I was being picky another mirror would have been useful and a small table at the other side of the bed in twin room.

Super comfortable, clean, excellent location. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive - Javier meeting us at the free car park and walking with us (short distance) to apartment was much appreciated.

Everything. The Apartment is immaculate, comfortable and located right in the centre of this beautiful town within walking distance of everything the town has to offer. The free parking is secure and the hosts are so friendly and helpful. You get an immediate response to communication and they can't do enough to facilitate a really comfortable stay....wish we could have stopped longer.

the owners are the most helpful, lovely and kind people. great communication, really welcoming and really knowledgeable about the area. the parking is an easy 5 or 6 minutes walk and really a godsend as parking in cities is always a nightmare. all round fantastic experience.

immaculately clean and very tastefully designed. the apartment was spacious and well appointed with everything we needed, including soft towels, comfortable firm mattresses, and coffee pods with milk. the central location was convenient for exploring the historic town with plenty of great restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries within a short walk. the living room has large bay windows that face the commercial pedestrian street, while the bedrooms faced the back where it was quieter. The parking space was a few minutes walk away and a great bonus. Javier and Nuria were terrific hosts: responsive and informative. it’s obvious they care deeply about the apartment and value their clients.

We loved everything!! Javier and Nuria are amazing hosts and we really appreciate their warm welcome! Communication prior to arrival, meeting upon arrival and checkout was very friendly and lots of information has been provided and all questions answered. Javier met us and showed where to park in their private garage in a walking distance. The property itself was in the very centre of Cartagena, yet so peaceful and quiet inside. The property is fabulous and tastefully freshly decorated with attention to details. The interior is quirky yet very practical, best we’ve seen, and you’ll have everything you ever need for a family stay. Javier and Nuria went an extra mile leaving a fruit basket, drinks and Nespresso coffee capsules in the kitchen and aromatic eucalyptus with other decorative herbs in vases around the house and potpourri with delicate scents. The towels and bedlinen are of amazing quality, super soft and pleasantly scented. At the entrance there are also some business cards of the local places to go for dining and entertainment. overall we were very impressed and pleased to stay here and would definitely highly recommend to anyone who’s visiting Cartagena!

Nothing at all!

This appartment is located right in the middle of the old city in a nice shopping street. The appartment is spacious and has really everything you need. Breakfast on 20 meters from the front door and a nice garage within a 5 minutes walk. Within 100 meters there is a large variaty of restaurants and bars. Since the sleeping room is at the back side there is no noise from the street which garantees a good night rest. I give it a 9 (i never give a 10).
