Inner sound isolation in the rooms is far from good. You can hear talking and other sounds, like toilet flushing, pretty well. Outer is great - you cannot hear street sounds.

Spacious beautiful rooms. All is clean. The place has reserved parking space for hotel visitors with enough space for a big car. Day is 20 eur from hotel, but you can check parking app, which says the day is only around 15

Sadly, there was no hot water for shower/bathroom use at 8:30am - it seems there was a problem that was external to the hotel but it did spoil our stay - cold showers are not for us!

Very friendly and efficient staff - check in was effortless and the car parking (pre booked) was perfect - part of the hotel and easy to access. The hotel has a classy atmosphere and the room was very nicely presented - spacious, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of quality foods and the now usual Nespresso coffee machine was well stocked and operational. Perfect city location with a huge range of restaurants all around and lovely old buildings and city squares in every direction.

The hotel is right in the downtown area so it was very convenient to wake up and tour the city. The rooms are big and comfortable. There is a breakfast in the lobby and it was very close to coffee shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helped with recommendations on places to go and things to see. We took the train into Valencia and it was a very short cab ride.

We wanted somewhere quiet, within easy walking distance of the railway station and in the old town. This hotel was perfect in every respect: literally five minutes’ walk from the station so not too stressful dragging our luggage, and set in a pedestrianised side street just three minutes’ walk from the Plaza de l'Ajuntament and ten minutes from the old market and the Plaza de la Reina. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful, allowing us to check in early as there was a room ready. Our room on the fourth floor faced the front street below and was beautifully appointed, very spacious and with the usual comforts including kettle, tea & coffee, TV, a good sized safe and a stocked mini bar (chargeable). The bathroom was immaculately clean with a bath and over-bath shower. Everything of interest was within 10 – 15 minutes’ walk including a huge choice of shops, bars and restaurants. The hop-on hop-off bus stop is also nearby. W We made a great choice with this hotel and would certainly stay here again next time.

As it’s so central, it can be busy and noisy outside. The sports channel was always on in the bar giving it the slightly wrong vibe.

Very central location with easy access to all the main attractions. Staff were absolutely lovely, so helpful and cheerful. The whole hotel was spotless and well maintained. The room was spacious and comfortable. Excellent breakfast in a light and airy room.

The red bus was very convenient to get around Valencia, we did have trouble with the headphones, not very clear and didn’t work sometimes, this was very disappointing.

The location was brilliant in the centre of everything, walking distance to most attractions. Room was very spacious and clean. Train 3 minutes walking. Staff so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, would definitely stay in this hotel when visiting Valencia.

The cleaning lady was around 3 pm - 4 pm, a little bit late for my taste. At that time I was returning to the hotel after a long walk, obviously tired. Sometimes I need to wait in the lobby.

Location 10/10 Breakfast 8/10 - there could be more choices for food. Staff 10/10
