The bathroom was literally inside the room, not in a separate room. Modern idea but I did not like it much

Pool often had tree bits in it and was mouldy on the bottom so only went in once- with sandals on. Would be great to have had some scissors as a little addition in the kitchen. Would have also have been great to be able to get English subtitles on the tv! As all the tv and subtitles were in Spanish!

I liked the proximity to the bus stop and to local shops, I also liked the lovely little garden and all the cooking facilities. The young lady on reception was lovely and very helpful. Bed was comfy, cleaners were great. Was lovely to meet other solo travellers my age. Overall a super relaxing stay with no major issues.

Location was the only thing.... Guaza is not touristy at all. Residential & rural but with an operational industrial estate during the week, so machine grinding noises during day. Had to go to travel around a lot to get to the beach/sites....10 mins away by bus/driving to Los Cristianos, heavily touristy.

You will be pleasantly surprised, gorgeous modern Villa with great modern facilities & lots of handy extras. Everything you could Possibly need is provided here. Had to go to travel around a lot to get to the beach/sites otherwise the chill days in the villa garden were very nice during hot sunny days. Staff were amazing & went out of their way to help out, never had a better service from arrival/touchdown. Thanks again Team Neon 😃👏🎉 I will return again with a car for sure.

Would only recommend as a couple if you have a car and don’t plan on staying at the villa or doing work.

The pool seemed dirty and not inviting to swim in. The room I was in didn’t get any WiFi as the signal was too weak and the overhead fan was broken. My key also didn’t work once the villa doors were closed. The team was really responsive and put a stand fan in the room but the wifi didnt work the whole trip.

The Villa was nice and it was good having a big kitchen area.

What I didn’t like, well... the only downside was that I eventually had to leave! 😄 If I could have extended my stay forever, I would have! Everything else was absolutely perfect.

I had an amazing stay here! The location is in a quiet village called Guaza, which is perfect if you’re looking to relax away from the hustle and bustle. However, it's just a 10-minute drive to the lively Los Cristianos, so it’s ideal to have a car. This place is great for solo travellers, couples, or even larger groups, as there are several rooms available, and you get access to a private pool, kitchen, and a yard with sun loungers, all to yourself. The owners are fantastic, and Steven goes above and beyond to resolve any issues that might come up. It’s normal that things like a fan might break during a stay, but as soon as something like that happens, Steven steps in and fixes it right away. Even though I may have been a bit demanding at times, every request was handled with care and professionalism. Additionally, the place was extremely clean, with daily room cleaning, and the kitchen is very well equipped. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

Everything looked nice at the first sight, but when you look closer loads of things were half broken, looking very cheap.. In the kitchen there were ants running everywhere. The neighbourhood was pretty ugly. For the price definitelly not worth it

The room was modern and pretty big. Nice staff at the reception. Nice that we got someonee to clean up during our stay.

The walls were so thin to the adjacent room I could every everything clearly, especially when other guests talk loudly on loud speaker. Curtains or blinds in room to block porch and morning light.

Staff were brilliant and helpful. Kitchen had everything needed and room had private shower and toilet.

We should have stayed longer 😁

Villa Neon is a gem located minutes from the centre, very well connected (bus stop is just 2 minutes) ,peaceful and clean. And when I say clean I mean scrupulously clean. There is also a small pool for guests usage and an outstanding patio. Now let's talk about the host: Nothing was too much for Steven, he literally guided us throughout the entire stay, giving suggestions and support always with a big smile on his face, like a long time friend would do. The place is run by professionals, polite and accommodating beautiful souls. If you happen to be in Tenerife that is definitely the place to stay
