Nice apartments, could be improved, although we enjoyed our stay.

I think overall the villa needs some TLC, new curtains possibly, soft furnishing accessories, lamps, etc, this would make it more attractive & homely. Although the larger pieces of furniture are modern & newer, it feels dated and lacks soul. The person Sabri that was the contact was very helpful & always replied, there was an issue with the toilet not flushing, she got someone out quickly. She also suppled items for the sofa bed - as none had been left & we needed to use that for my grandson when our family arrived. There is a barbecue, but it had no gas, we went & filled the large canister full, which we used weekly. No glassware has to be used at the pool understandably, however no plastic cups/glasses/ plates are provided to use when eating at the outdoor table. We had to go & buy disposable items. It is requested that you shower outside before going in the pool, however the shower outdoors is completely blocked & does not drain, causing flooding when trying to use. I checked upon booking that the broadband was good, as we were working while there, unfortunately it was not, very patchy, kept freezing & dipping in service. They gave us a number to call, however, they were hopeless & did nothing. If people are expecting to work while there, this is not a good option. For the length of stay - 33 nights, they only provided the bedding on each bed & 6 towels (2 on each bed on arrival). When I asked about this is was requested I pay an extra €120. I thought this crass & refrained. They should have provided a change of bedding for each bed & some extra towels. Thankfully we had friends that lived 10 mins away, we borrowed items from them & we were able to wash things & change bedding/have change of towels while washing drying. As didn’t always dry in one day, when we had poor weather, there is no tumble dryer to expedite if required.

The layout is 2 separate apartments (although called a villa, 2 bedroom upstairs & 1 bedroom downstairs with 2 kitchens, living areas and bathrooms. You can only access both apartments externally. There is no interior staircase linking them. This is not clear at booking point. We stayed for 33 days altogether, with family & friends arriving throughout that time. We worked while there, during the week. The kitchens were very well equipped, plenty of seating & outdoor furniture. The bottle of cava in each fridge was a nice touch. Although not stocked, other people must leave items l.e. salt, oil, coffee, etc. this was helpful.
