This was an amazing Villa, the facilities, space, pool and location were outstanding. The place was immaculately clean with some thoughtful extras. Seriously, the owners had though of everything and were exceptionally helpful. They even let us leave our bags before check-in and sit by the pool after check-out whilst we waited for our taxi to the airport. One of our group has already booked it again for their family next year.

We were greeted by Julia on arrival who showed us round the property and provided a booklet of contact numbers for taxis etc. A few beers and a bottle of Prosecco were already in the fridge. The property was very spacious and clean and only a short 5 minute taxi ride away from the beachfront and the strip. There is a supermarket literally over the road which we were able to get all our supplies for the weekend from. Stunning property and we have already booked again for next year. We cannot wait to be back.

While our family found no negatives with the villa itself, there was a minor issue which is common in the region rather than specific to the property. We noticed a slight smell in the indoor bathrooms, likely due to the Spanish sewage system. Fortunately, this was easily managed by airing out the rooms through the windows, and it didn't detract from our overall experience. It’s important to note that this is typical of Spanish plumbing and not a fault of the villa. For clarity, the bathrooms themselves were very spacious, extremely well decorated to a high standard, and immaculately clean. They were truly beautiful. Additionally, the convenience of having an outside toilet by the swimming pool was a huge plus, especially useful during the day when the kids were playing in the pool.

We had an outstanding stay at this villa! The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids, and the villa was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This included a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, excellent air conditioning, as well as all bedding, shower towels, and even towels for the sunbeds outside. Inside of villa is huge! The villa offers a mix of sunny and shaded seating areas and was impressively clean, tidy, and spacious. It's located in a peaceful area, ensuring quiet evenings. The villa is very private, with no visibility from outside into the villa or pool area. It features an electric gate and an electric garage door, adding an extra layer of privacy and security. Although it's a quiet location, we were just a 25-minute straight walk down one road or a 10-minute taxi ride (which costs under 10 euros) from the lively Benidorm, Newtown, making it both affordable and convenient. It’s clear the owners take great pride in this property, and we felt so lucky to enjoy it. We give this villa a perfect 10 out of 10! We would definitely return in future, thank you.

It was spotless clean beautiful pool area everything was provided even gave you towels for the pool and beach separate to the towels for showering In walking distance to the attractions yet tucked away to enjoy peaceful pool days We didn’t use half the facilities as we were out a lot but nice to know they were there if needed

Just came back from staying at The Villa. A group of 10 of us for a stag do. And we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The Property was clean. The Hosts were efficient and easily contactable. The location was perfect and we had everything and more than we could have expected. I have already recommended 2 other groups looking to come to Benidorm this is the place they need to stay.

the only criticism was that we booked a 4 bed villa and had planned how we would share/sleep. we were given 8 beds split across 3 bedrooms, the 4th bedroom was locked and not available to us. To assume 4 adults wanted to share a bedroom is a bit rubbish, so to sum up we would have liked the 4 bedrooms advertised and had 2 of us in each room..one of our party opted to sleep on the sofa, I did text the host and advised of this but still didn’t return to unlock the 4th bedroom.

the location was fab, the space for 8 of us was almost perfect..beach towels were provided (which we wasn’t aware of) pool was amazing we literally loved it and will recommend to friends and family and hopefully will return ourselves.

Tiny Ants in downstairs beds one night but sprayed then not bothered by them again. Parking not suitable for a mini bus but parked in front of the ramp on the road, as always available. Could ideally benefit from extractor fans in bathrooms, No spare bin bags cleaning products etc left, did not get damage deposit back in cash before we left, had to wait for bank transfer, but just minor issues.

Great location, pool, space, aircon, towels, tv, internet, seating, cleanliness, a safe, and quiet area, best villa we have rented so far in 25 years. We asked for access to all 4 bedrooms for privacy, which was granted, Will rent again.

Everything was great! Villa was beautiful, pictures definetly do not do this place justice as it was gorgeous, couldnt believe how big it really was. We all had an amazing time. Julia greeted us on arrival, communication was great and any recommendations were answered. Beautiful location and just a short taxi ride into the centre, taxi to old town benidorm was just €10 and definetly recommended to visit, beautiful place. We are already planning a family visit and would definetly stay here! Thank you

The pool was a little cold but that's me being very fussy we still used it everyday! was a good way to wake up! and the oven cooked a little slow but it still worked absolutly fine! so hardly any complaints id say! In the summer when the weather is warmer I can see the pool being perfect how it was!

Amazing Villa, very clean, lots of space , comfy areas inside and out , lovely pool, lots of amenities, great location opposite a supermarket, 25 minute walk away from the centre of town, perfect for groups and welcoming to a group of 10 lads on a stag do. Very welcoming host on arrival also got everything sorted very quickly. easy communication via whats app also.

Outstanding Villa to look at from pool side and exceptionally well finished shower rooms up and down stairs. Also added bonus to the trip was Iceland (food Store) just across the road which we made good use of for breakfasts. Cant wait to travel back there next November!
