Perfect room for me and two friends to get acclimated to the city - 3 comfy beds, amazing blackout curtains, a fabulous shower, cold A/C, breakfast, coffee and wine on site. The most incredible, friendly, helpful staff! I’ve honestly never had such truly exceptional customer care. We had a wine tour cancel on us last minute and the staff made a new tour happen for us on 24 hours notice (after I messaged everyone in town to no avail!). We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to San Sebastián. It’s a short walk to the downtown/beach/busy areas and the staff gave us lots of good recommendations.

- Maybe a touch far from the city centre, but fine if you like walking and great for morning runs - The choice for breakfast was a touch limited, but again no issues and what was available was tasty

- Convenient location not far from the best beach - Safe parking on site - The hotel is renovated and feels new throughout - Dinner at the hotel was delicious

Walls are not super thick so you hear noise from other rooms. 1 Sunny side egg at 5,50 euros for breakfast is a little overpriced !

Wonderful small hotel with very friendly staff. Large room with a very good bed. Great breakfast and dinner is available in. Their restaurant. It’s a 15 minute walk to the center of town.

The rooms were spacious with spectacular views. Mario was SO personable and told us everything there was to know about San Sebastian. And, the food at the restaurant was great (get the txakoli!)

Excellent place to stay and hopefully I'll be back to visit again. Great location and walking distance into the town. Staff were really accommodating in all departments. Telmo and Belen on reception were incredibly helpful.

The room was in the first floor, half down the surface and facing the railway. Therefore we heard the trains arriving every time. There were 2 rooms like that. I had the impression that they are discounting these rooms in booking.com to attract the customers.

The beds in our family room were the best hotel beds we’ve ever had and we travel quite a bit. The family room was quiet, modern and very spacious. It was great to have a parking space at the hotel as well.

Washroom design - In the room we stayed, the washroom had a semi-transparent glass door. There is no privacy and no locks for the glass door. So if you are staying with a friend or guest, you will feel heightened when in the washroom. I was at the edge always with kids in the room. Fewer breakfast varieties and cost for some items ( such as omelette, it's over +5 Euro).

Telmo at the front desk was exceptional. His care and support laid the foundation for our stay. We were visiting San Sebastian for the first time and our first experience at the property provided a glimpse of what San Sebastian would be. Amazing and simply the warmth!! The property felt very cosy and intimate. The location is 15-20 minutes ' walk to the beach and 3 minutes away from the closest bus stop. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Nice terrace and patio area to sit outside.
