I thought the staff were so friendly and helpful, very welcoming. The room was superb and the breakfast and dinner menus are great. The parking is spacious and the location is wonderful..when we go again, we will stay there, even though we prefer in general to try new places.

Location was a little further than old town than I’d have liked. But thats my fault for not knowing that.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Especially Marco. Food at breakfast was very tasty and made to order.

I can’t think of anything that we didn’t like.

The breakfast was delicious, individual orders, not buffet style. The hotel is very nicely furnished. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. We could park easily in their car park and it was an easy walk to the seafront.

We didn't eat any meals sore, so I can't rate the food. I'm sure it is good, however. Everything else was.

The manager, Marco, went out of his way to be helpful. All the staff were excellent.

Not a chain and with passionate staff and a good vibe. The restaurant seemed to be popular with locals which is always a good sign and the breakfast was again different, unusual and very tasty.

The staff were very friendly and had great local suggestions. Excellent hospitality. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel was beautiful. I liked that it was away from the main area and quiet at night. We rented bikes which was super fun!

Staff was exceptionally professional yet warm, welcoming while providing superior service. The location was perfect, outside I’d the craziness of the city center yet only a short walk to everything. Breakfast ample with ‘made to order ‘ aspects to all. We would highly recommend.

The location was perfect. They included parking was very nice and convenient, although a little tiny for a big van. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean. The balcony was very nice to sit on in the evening, although it faced the noisy parking lot. The room had everything we needed The breakfast the next morning was very tasty and plentiful. It included hot eggs and many nice cold items. They gave us excellent suggestions of where to walk with a map in the sites to see.

Not the hotels fault, but when getting close to the hotel drive slowly and turn right when directed by the satnav. We were looking for a road but it takes you straight into the hotels car park.

It was modern with lots of touches to its history. Delicious evening meals. The staff were exceptionally helpful.

Location is convenient for walking to old town and beach areas. Staff very helpful with setting up an apt to see a physician, and with finding the best dining spots.

The hotel breakfast selection was quite simple and maybe not what I would have expected for a hotel of that price, but there were several very nice brunch places in town.

Super friendly staff who went out of their way to make the stay special for us and gave us lots of tips about things to see in the area. Stylish room, clean and comfortable, beautiful view of the forest covered hills on the other side of the road.

Location was a little out but you could walk to San Sebastian old town in about 25 mins. Close to a local beach about 15 mins walk.

Hotel was very stylish and spotless clean. Staff were amazing. Room was fab and very comfortable. Lovely terrace and onsite parking for a small fee.

Lovely hotel, well situated for all the sights of San Sebastian. Room clean and spacious with all the facilities we needed. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Good parking facilities for a modest charge.
