Blanca, the owner was lovely, she couldn't do enough to help! We have a convertible car and parking could be sticky if all rooms were full, but she insisted on leaving her car outside so ours could be parked safely behind the electric gates. She sat with us on arrival and went through local areas and restaurants to visit which was all very useful. She speaks superb English so we had no communication problems. The hotel it's self is fantastic, immaculately presented at all times, our room was lovely, very modern with a fantastic shower room, all very Boutique! There is a safe and free mini bar to use which was restocked each morning. Breakfast is amazing and will last you all day! The outside area is also spot on, lots of seating and loungers and the pool was very welcoming on a hot day. Blanca comes around offering free beer or a soft drink each day which was a lovely touch. In all, a superb hotel and definately worth looking up if staying in San Sebastian.

We had two cloudy days of the three we were there so didn't get to use the sun beds or pool, so had to spend more time in the town bars eating pintxos (Tapas)

Great little hotel with on site secure parking. Great little breakfast freshly served to you. The owner, Blanco I believe, was superb, gave us great tips about the area, where to eat and drink and where to go. When we left she also told us of fabulous places to visit on route to Santander which we would have never had gone to. Thank you

Blanca was amazing! She gave us ideas for days out, tips on the restaurants and pinxtos bars. The house beautiful, clean and location was perfect! Short bus ride into town / you could walk also!

We had a great welcome from Bianca. As the property only has 6 guest rooms there is a very personal touch here. We had the smallest room but it had been cleverly designed so that nothing was lacking. Much thought has obviously gone into the design and decoration. We slept well is a very comfortable bed. If the weather had been better we would like to have sat in the lovely garden area. Excellent breakfast served between 09.00 and 10.00.

We loved everything about the property! The room and bathroom were extremely tasteful, beautiful decor and amenities. One of the best places we’ve stayed at. The location was also perfect, only a 5-7 minute drive to the centre. There was private parking inside the villa which was very safe. The host who owned the Villa was super sweet and helpful throughout our whole stay, she guided us where to go and was attentive and made sure we were comfortable. Overall we had a 10/10 experience.

An absolute gem of a place. Accomodation is absolutely exceptional along with the owner Blanca, who makes you feel so welcome from the minute you arrive to leaving. Great area and a straightforward 25mins to the city centre/old town…..and 15mins to the beach. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay with Blanca who was a perfect hostess. The accommodation is beautiful and extremely comfortable. Secure parking was a bonus. We would highly recommend staying here, we walked into the town and explored but there is a bus if required.

Wonderful room with a balcony over the beautiful pool area. A nice walk to the beach. A very warm welcome, lots of top tips for getting around, where to eat and must sees! Breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit platter, cheese, meats, nuts, omelets, pastries, fresh orange juice and delicious coffee.

At night you have to keep very very quiet to avoid waking other guests

The facilities were amazing, clean and very modern, respecting the "aristocrat" vibe to the nieghborhood The staff were really friendly, especially the owner who welcomed us from the point we got to the hotel and explained to us every single detail of her hotel
