We had an n amazing stay here for the Mallorca half Ironman. The apartment had everything you need and was within a 15 minute walk to the beach/main restaurants. The host was very attentive - he organised our airport transfers and for our bikes to be assembled/disassembled. Great service, will definitely be staying here again next year. Gracias Victor

The only thing I did not like was the comfort of the bed it was too soft and maybe an upgrade on the beds. The other thing was an issue outside the house with dogs barking at night, I do not think the host can change that.

The location was ideal for doing tne Majorca 312 event. It was also very close to the supermarket and to get to the buses. The villa was very clean and tidy I would recommend this property to others.

The location is good. Close to the beach and the town centre but the house is somewhat overshadowed by large residential buildings.

Everything you could wish for was there. Victor was a wonderful host helping us from the day of the booking until the end of our stay.

The villa had everything you'd need for a comfortable stay WiFi was exceptional, rooms were great all with air con as was living room Pool wash shared but more than adequate Although this is primarily for cyclists we found the villa more than adequate for our needs iie a weeks away with friends to relax

A little bit of shade would have been helpful at the pool.

The host was very helpful. The house was very nice. There was air conditioning in the living room and all the bedrooms. The pool was also nice, it is a community pool with different depths between 70cm and 210 cm.

Noise travels easily between properties. We were conscious of being surrounded by residential neighbours. We were cautious about playing music in the garden or house for this reason which was a shame when we were getting ready to go out for the evening or relaxing in the garden.

Lovely spacious house with an attractive furnished garden. Three large bedrooms with good quality mattresses, not soft and cheap and lumpy. Swimming pool was just next door with easy access through the back door. Washing machine, dishwasher, BBQ, iron, hairdryer, clothes dryer, flat screen TV etc etc etc all supplied - everything you need. Great location as 2 minutes from large Eroski supermarket, minutes from a few bars and restaurants, with main strip 10 minutes walk away. Beautiful beach 10-15 minutes too. We are already planning to come back.

We were on a cycling holiday with friends. The villa was in a strategic location for us and everywhere was a short walk away. The villa has 3 bedrooms, so it can comfortably accommodate 3 couples. There were 4 of us, so we had great comfort, what refers to the space. There are 2 bathrooms with toilets in the house, which also suited us perfectly. We went to town for dinner, but the kitchen was very well equipped and you could cook in it for families with children. There was a dishwasher and even a washing machine .There was absolutely nothing missing for us. In addition, an absolutely perfect and helpful host, who gave us tips on bike rental and trips in the area. We were completely satisfied.

everything according to expectations and advertising

The villa is very comfortable for 4 adults and one toddler. We didn’t come for cycling, but to spend time together as a family with grandparents. the villa must be great for cyclists though. For us, the entire stay was very comfortable , fully equipped kitchen we appreciated as we were cooking for the toddler on daily basis. utility room, comfortable living room and garden with sun beds and gazebo. communal swimming pool we used every day and always had it just for ourselves. Victor was very helpful, he even transferred us from our previous accommodation, when he has seen our luggages and the baby.

the surroundings aren’t scenic although the very nearby lake has wakeboarding which was fun (although pricey) and the supermarket and bakery are a stone’s throw away so very convenient. The lack of view was what we expected and keeps the price down, making it excellent value for money.

this was a lovely, spacious house, perfect for our family. Facilities were excellent, with nothing lacking. Victor was very responsive when we had a problem. it was great to have a pool. Location was very handy, walking distance for the beach and restaurants.

It would be great if the bathrooms had latches. Also I didnt like how touristy Port d'Alcudia town was - it is just one big resort town. Nothing which the property could have done of course.

Property is very comfortable. A full private house with a private garden. There is a shared swimming pool as well. The property has all the necessary amenities. Great for a group of 3 individuals.

it is in alcudia, we are there for cycling so its a perfect place to start and finished the ride. also very near to convenient store, all villa home/cooking appliances are functional. the host name Victor was a very pleasant guy and will tell anything you need to make the stay comfortable and wonderful.

Location is a bit off from the old town so car is recommended.

Nice apartment, good layout with 3 bedrooms and equipped with most things you might need. Perfect for a cycling holiday as a base with bike storage inside and a hose to wash your bikes. Victor is a very helpful and responsive host.

Downstairs shower very low - not really suitable for anyone who's tall. Some updating of the decor wouldn't go amis. Mosquitos!!
