Directly located on Main Street with a lot of foot traffic in front of massive windows. Not much privacy if you want to enjoy the view. No lights by the bed. Sphere would benefit if overhead lights were on a dimmer switch.

There was only a hot plate for 1 pan and a microwave but no proper oven. The staircase lights kept tripping fuse so was hard to navigate staircase unlit. No way to watch English TV.

Comms could have gone a little better. The location is a little hidden but in plain slight! once you know you know. I'm not sure why we are not given a few instructions from Booking.com once you have booked? A quick "it's opposite restaurant Blah blah" or "keep looking on your left for a garage door as you come down the hill" would definitely help. Parking wasn't explained and I parked inside the electric gate. If I had of known we needed to park out on the road I would of, as there was available spaces just outside. We unfortunately had some people making noise at around 1am through to 2.30 am. I did report it to the owner the next morning but was told this is very uncommon and it is usually a really quite place? It is quite a busy coast road and traffic noise starts about 7am, with the window shut you wouldn't know. I liked the window open and the sound of the sea.

The place has been done really tastefully. We liked it a lot. Location, once we found it was superb. View is 10/10 Has a very classy bath tub in the main room and a really nice shower accessed via the bathroom. The way the rocks and tiles merge together is really special. You can't believe so much has been put into a such a small place but still feels roomy. The electric shutter/screen over the big patio door is quite posh when its going up revealing the view :)

Shower lacked power and warm water. Parking was in public area that would be difficult to access in high season.

Ultra modern, well equipped apartment with feature of the rock face the apartment is built into. Host very helpful throughout.

We had difficulty finding the address. Finally reached the owner who then came and met us there to let us in. It’s sort of hidden, which is a good thing, but advice to call owner would be very helpful.

Loved the tea and flat bread with ham and cheese just a shot distance from the apartment.

It was not clean and the water from the shower easily went to the bathroom and it was not pleasant.

Fantastic location with a view of palms and the sea. The town is not a tourist one, so it was quiet. Seafront parking (free) can be difficult to find but there is a huge parking 4min walk away (also free). Nicely decorated room with an actual rock as one of its walls. Excellent contact with the host, easily got the keys.

There’s nothing I didn’t like but we could have done with a sheet for the sofa bed and extra covers as there was only a fleece blanket. Could have done with a change of towels and a quick clean during our 3 night stay. On saying this if I had contacted the host he would have sorted this as he was very accommodating.

The property is very modern and stylish, a perfect location. There is a coffee machine, toaster, hob, microwave and fridge. Close to restaurants and bars and opposite the pebble beach. The view from the double bed and the living area is amazing.

It couldn't be more perfect, with a view over the Mediterranean like that.

A luxurious, top-of-the-line, well appointed studio apartment built into the mountain, showing some of the nature rock wall in the interior to geat effect. Every detail is well-designed, everything has been thought through as to what the guests might need, and all that at a very good off-season price. I was pleasantly surprised when I stayed in this unique property, not being used to this level of sophistication during my solo travels!

Castell del Ferro is not the most beautiful town.

couldn’t find wine opener. not for the family, because shower wall see through in living room. The town is not worth to visit.

Layout of the studio is a bit awkward. The central feature bath and rock feature takes up a lot of space, whereas the best aspect, the sea view, is obscured by a TV. Kitchenette is very small so tricky to do any meaningful meal preparation.

Great location. We were allocated the top floor apartment, so had superb views across the beach and seafront. Whilst there is a road below, there was little traffic. Lots of extra facilities, such as breakfast items, are a nice touch.

Not ideal for 3 where shower was open (full glass screens). Breakfast supplied limited to a few pre wrapped rolls, though tea and coffee provided. Not easy to locate via satnav and you will need to contact the owner by phone pre arrival.

Location is opposite the beach with restaurants and bars near. Apartment was modern and of an exceptionally high quality finish. Full picture window over the bay. Owner personable and good English and provided a full explanation of facilities and use of appliances.
