The hotel rooms were decorated to a very high spec and there was ample room. The restaurant was very clean and the staff very efficient.

Brilliant location, we didn't want to be central, so being just off main route There was a wedding and it was a bit noisy till about 1am!! However the food was very good and the staff were very accommodating. There was real buss in the cafe bar, where the locals come to eat. Great.

The man at the reception was very nice, friendly and helpful ! Our room was wonderful...from every aspect! The floor and walls tiles were chosen by someone with a great sense of style. The room was so nice, with a perfect light system, nice bed and pillows. The bathroom from the towels' quality to the cleanliness, the climatisation that worked perfectly, the internet connection that was very good... The hotel had many parking lots. We would definitely stay there again.

friendly reception and people, good size and clean room with bathroom , good bed - restaurant good food for a nice price. wifi was good. Ideal to rest while traveling. we didn't have breackfast so I can't tell how it was.

Everything perfect

We had a very difficult ride we were tired and hot after riding for many hours and it was the perfect stay. Very big room and bathroom, very clean, very good lighting, great shower, very comfortable beds, late check in, next to the highway, restaurant with good food, good selections open late with good prices, helpful and polite staff, safety for our parked motorcycle that we could see from our room.

Just needed a hotel for the night due to road travel and was pleasantly surprised. The room was exactly what we needed for a family of 4. Very spacious and clean. Also very easily accessible for those travelling through this area.

It's on a motorway but if approaching from coast side the satnav short routes use fairly minor roads. Might be better to go round.

Very nice room and friendly reception staff. Plenty of parking. Good restaurant food. Choice of eating in a hotel dining room but we chose the bustling, friendly bar (same menu). Menu is authentically Spanish and English is not spoken but you can get a long way with a translation app. They do have an English version of the menu. Overall great value.

The view from our room wasn't great sadly, think there are 2 rooms which face into the centre of the hotel. It did us for the 2 night stay otherwise I would have upgraded if staying longer. Apart from that it's perfect.

Went for work. It was the closest and only hotel in the vincinity of wher I was working. Initially a bit suspicious to a hotel this close to a freeway, but the rooms were quiet and comfy. Will definetly stay again next time to avoid the traffic in and out of Murcia.

We stayed for 4 nights. Initially we were shown to a suite, but it was on the roadside and there was too much traffic noise for a 4 night stay. We were then moved to a smaller room at the front of the hotel. which should have been quieter. Unfortunately the first 2 nights we got no sleep due to firstly excessive noise of cars revving and racing in the car park with extremely loud music playing, reminiscent of Fast and Furious. We were certainly furious. The staff did call the police and the people and cars were moved on after some hours. The second night the air-conditioning failed for all rooms and we had to try and sleep in 28 degrees heat. We did not sleep. We raised a formal complaint and were told that as compensation they would cover the cost of our breakfasts, but on check out they did not honour this. We will be pursuing a further complaint and seeking compensation through booking.com

Super noisy (both inside from party in the restaurant and outside as the cars passing by are very loud inside the room), stale air and no a/c working, albeit having a control for it. Private parking exists, but is not connected to the rooms, it’s free for all for all guests, so you need to be competitive/lucky to get a spot on it. Double bed means two single mattresses stuck together with nothing but good wishes, I kept falling through them in the middle at night.

Easy check in, comfortable mattress, easy check out, location just off the road so easy to come back on it.
