Everything with this property is great. Position, host, services. You got welcomed by Javier, a very kind and gentle home owner. Contact with him over Booking and whatsapp is perfect, fast and reliable. Home is everything you can desire for a nice and relaxed period away. It has EVERYTHING, kitchen fully equipped, fridge, even complimentary beers, cokes, chips and sweets as welcome package. Included you have a good WIFI, a TV with Netflix and a superb massage chair. Panorama is superb, at sunrise you see the sea and the sun. Bed are super confortable and, cherry on top, included there is also a PRIVATE parking with protection from sun. Checkout is easy and indipendent, so early flights would be more than OK. Trust him on recommendation for restaurants, you'll not be disappointed.

Almost nothing, one could argue about the smell from the pipes in the bathroom but the building itself has some years...

The apartment clearly exceeded my expectations. Great location - the tram stop in front of the house with ca. 15mins to be in the heart of Alicante. Beautiful view from the window in the balcony like room (with folded windows). The most comfortable bad and pillows I ever had when traveling! Some snacks, a bottle of wine and in the fridge water, beer and soft drinks welcoming you. Javier, the very nice and charming host not only welcomed me but also was very helpful sharing some ideas where to do shoppings, where to eat in the proximity of the house. Sandy beach just around the corner (less than 200m). And for the evenings Netflix with pre-set language profile option. Entire apartment very nicely decorated giving cosy atmosphere. A perfect place for a solo or couple stay! I bought the flight and did the accommodation choice very spontaneusly. It was a wonderful time with just me, myself and I - all what I needed for a week! Thank you!

The apartment itself was furnished beautifully. It had absolutely everything that you needed shampoo towels  cleaning products. We also had a lovely welcome box which contained beer, water wine crisps chocolate There was also a beautiful maintained pool and a lift to the apartment Beautiful beach, two or three minutes walk away

The flat was so beautifully decorated with a stunning view over the beach. The host was kind attentive and welcoming. We considered ourselves very lucky to have stayed at Tortuga Flat, it made our experience of Alicante much more special!

The apartment has everything that you need for a short stay, very comfortable bed, breathtaking views. The hosts, are super nice and caring. They've prepared some complimentary snacks and set nerflix profile for my nationality. Extremely nice and friend couple.

Flat is very confortable, with everything you need also the kitchen is well equiped.The owner and jus wife are very friendly and helpfull for information , they even orther a taxi to go to the airport. we will go back. Erik&Hilde

Tortuga flat is well equipped and homely flat near beach and public transportation. It has a lovely view from 9th floor. Javier is a perfect and thoughtfull host, who was welcoming us with information about the area and cold drinks.We warmly recommend Tortuga flat.

He was happy to explain the facilities, public transport, directions to supermarket, places to eat/drink etc. Very clean and tidy apartment (immaculate) with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. This was a really nice experience! The location is just perfect - 2 min. away from the beach. The apartmenet has all facilities for a relaxing holiday stay and the host is very welcoming.

Javier, our host, was amazing. He greeted us and told us everything we needed to know. The view was spectacular and it was yards from the sea. It was also om a tram route to tge city and other places of interest. Everything in tge flat worked well.

Water goes cold fast

Javier explained everything and even had it written. The place was in immaculate condition and he even provided snacks and drinks. The view was picturesque and Javier was so helpful. He gave us tourist info and cost effective ways to get around. He even called the train station to make sure we took the right route.
