We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I really much enjoyed my stay at Hotel Laguna. Came here the second time and the breakfast and dinner is really good. Location is awesome! Next to the beach which is not to crowded. Thanks the ppl who are working at the Hotel the stay was made as convient as possible. Best Animator Viktor made me do Pilates, Aquagym and also Salsa - it was super! 👌🏾

South AfricaStaff was very tense and very strick - specially the younger woman. People walked into the dining room with a swimsuite and was allowed in, but someone without shoes was send back to get dressed. Double standards.
We booked sea view and got tree-view. Is that fair?

Germany- you can heat everything from the hallway and other rooms, e.g when a door is closed in the hallway - the bathroom doesn’t have a real door - there’s a glass door that’s not properly isolating smells or sounds - the rooms have two single beds instead of a double bed. picking a bed is not an option - the manager (?) was very persistent at breakfast about filling out a three page feedback booklet. - the staff speaks mostly German - internet speed 4 mbps, on a good day
Old school charming hotel on the beach, mostly old couples and a few families with young kids. Its a decent spot for a holiday if you’re looking to chill on the beach and not do much else.

FranceCanyamel beach has almost gone, we were here last year and only half the beach remains. May be the sand will come back in winter ? Some little things like the safety box, the towel for the beach were not included in the price. The parking in canyamel are scarce, not always easy to find a place in front of the hotel.
The reception and the personnal in general were helpful and polite, You can go easily from the pool to the beach and vice versa. Every day you have grilled fish or meat at the buffet. You have nice other beaches and nice walking just a few minutes in car from Canyamel.

FrancePool was too small and the music from the next door hotel was overpowering.
Small beach town with a lovely beach. The hotel is on the beach and has sun beds and umbrellas (€14 per day for 2) The food was great and varied. The pool was too small with all the children. No real public transport so you need a car unless you plan to stay there.

NetherlandsEvery night really a lot of noise from the entertainment. Did bother me and my son considerably. Also, you can reserve sunbeds at the pool. However, if you are just too late you cannot even use a sunbed next to the pool. So you are almost forced to book otherwise you will be on the grass
