Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very central, spacious, clean, quiet. Was checked-in early and also allowed to store my bag. The room had also a balcony with a nice view. Recommend!

PortugalThe breakfast was the most negative point of our stay. It was not served in an adequate space. Breakfast was in a bar, not suitable for this type of service. On the other hand, the offer was poor and undiversified. You could never repeat a breakfast product, and if you asked for it, it was paid separately.
A very good location. In the centre of the city, close to the beach. In a safety place. The Staff is friendly and very helpful, it is one of the highest point of the Hotel, they are always available to help.

QatarIncluded breakfast wasn’t much, I only bothered the first morning. There was a terrace but with no furniture and no view from the second floor.
Good location, in the centre a little up the main shopping street from the cathedral square. 20 minute walk from the ferry port, 10 minute walk to the beach. Comfortable enough, slightly faded 4-star quality. Good wi-fi.

IrelandDecor dated and not to my taste. A bottle cap opener in minibar would have been useful. Amazing the different things available for breakfast to the spanish guests who knew to ask for more than just bread. Our second mornings breakfast was much more varied as we copied them.
Quiet room, reasonable view. Excellent restaurant for dinner. Shame no-one mentioned it in reviews. The food was really good and very reasonably priced for the quality. Waiter very friendly.

MoroccoThe worst experience ever. There was too much noise, with people knocking and kicking doors since 6 a.m. We literally couldn't sleep. Some children, who were apparently on a school trip, kept running in the hallways and screaming with zero respect for other guests. When we tried to speak to the receptionist about it around 9 a.m., his response was, 'and What am I supposed to do ?' in a mocking tone. Like, hello, sir, this is your job to find a solution. We booked the hotel looking for comfort, so maybe you could offer a simple apology for the inconvenience and perhaps offer a room change for the few hours that were left for our stay. Instead, the receptionist got REAlly mad. Maybe we were supposed to endure it and not ruin his morning with our complaints. Zero communication skills."

SpainI did not like: 1. I think that the staff is not trained well. At least receptionists, they did not smile, did not great the guests. 2. There was no info about the facilities of the hotel 3. We had some faults in the room - we couldn't change the temperature of water in the shower, one of the balcony locks did not work, so we couldn't lock the terrace. 4. We had an awful morning on the 1st of February. At 9 am they started works behind our room wall. It was continuous banging, drilling for at least 3 hours - we left the room around 12.00 pm When we talked to reception about the unbearable noise, they said that it was OK because of works and within 9am-6pm hours. I don't think they are right. I did not pay 230 euros for listening awful noise for 3 hours.
I liked the location and the room - it was spacious. The breakfast was quite good with a good variaty of dishes and snacks.
