the sliding door between wc and bathroom was making more noise than preventing any.

the layout of the room is very smart and practical in addition to being beautiful. A big comfortable shower with lots of beauty products. the location of the room, viewing an inner silent and idyllic courtyard. the breakfast buffé is very generous. smiling and helpfull staff.

everything except that half way through our stay, they changed the air conditioning fan setting from a normal and effective fan speed for a small unventilated room which was otherwise absolutely fine to a very slow one which caused the room to become stuffy and most importantly so hot that it was impossible to sleep properly for the remaining nights of our stay. This action during our stay [without notice being given although that would not have been any use] was an unacceptable issue with what was otherwise a hotel we would otherwise use again. The fan speed setting involved was apparently hotel wide and given the obvious different guest preferences needs to be selectable at the room NOT controlled centrally given that it makes such a difference to otherwise unventilated rooms at night such as the one we had.

All the team working there were fab, really friendly and helpful. The hotel location was fantastic, really central. The property itself was really unique with one side looking towards the Cathedral and other side overlooking a pretty courtyard.

Fantastic breakfast plenty of choice good quality food. Lovely room quiet area located in the heart of Palma. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely view from the rooftop area and nice plunge pool to cool down.

The location is amazing, in the heart of Palma. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast amazingly delicious and loved the little swimming pool on the hotel rooftop.

The unbelievable noise from the cocktail bar playing exceptionally loud classical music into the early hours of the morning and the noise of their clientele till 3 in the morning.

We had cash (€200 and £40) stolen from our wallets, left in the room during the morning of the first day of our two days' stay. Only noticed after leaving the hotel when we needed cash for a payment. Telephoned reception immediately to report the theft and await response. It happened during a 4 hour period when we were out in town and the room was cleaned.

The hotel's entrance is on a side street & is deceiving arriving late at night. The reception was bright & friendly. Room was second floor accessed by lift & spacious & air conditioned. Bathroom was spacious with Molton Brown toiletries. Fridge stocked with water. Free safe & normal coat hangers not those thief proof hangers. Tea & coffee making facilities. Breakfast served 7.30-11am to suit all with jugs of chilled juices & waters-lemon & orange slices with ice. Yoghurt with huge range of nuts, seeds, granola etc. Cava in ice bucket for those celebrating. Cold meats, cheeses, pastries, cakes. Cathedral is a short walk away. Good selection of restaurants outside hotel-very good tapas bar opposite. Hotel restaurant has tapas too & friendly bar staff. View from the roof terrace across Palma is great-perfect photo opportunity. Pool looked inviting & plenty of sunloungers.
