Breakfast was below par and some inedible. No curtain on bed and no way to put your own curtain. Could use some hooks in the bed cubicle.

A bit noisy cause it's the main street downstairs. No hook for hanging clothing inside the bathroom, which is not so convenient. And the room is pricey even on weekdays.

The location is really nice! Few minutes walk to the main attractions. Staff is friendly and helpful. They explained the map and everything upon arrival.

Amazing location in the city center. Staff was very nice and helpful. You can check in really early which is nice if you get there early.You can leave your bags there before check in and after check out with a 10eur deposit.

In our room, 2O2, the reading lights weren't working well! But everything else was excellent.

Location was great and staff were exceptionally helpful-- Marina, Steffi, Lola, and Alba were wonderful and so was the young man who did our fingerprint snd the staff at the breakfast cafe! We loved the vibe of this hotel-/ friendly and informal. So glad we booked with TIC Gistel. They write also great with helping us get to the airport!

Automatic light in a room with sinks and showers never switches off during the night, so it comes to the main room. Yes, there is a door between those rooms. However, it’s noisy, not all people close it properly, also there is often movement there and back, so you see a light all time. It was pretty disturbing. In addition, the location of lockers is slightly uncomfortable too. There was someone else’s locker right next to my bed (head side) and its door was opening to my side. It would be better if it’s my locker because it can be disturbing when a person use it during the night. Meantime my locker was in a different place.

Staff is amazingly helpful, especially Mr.Andrea. Location couldn’t be better to be honest. Hostel looks pretty nice and stylish.

The only downside is that it can get pretty noisy because of the tramway passing right next to the hotel and the cleaning trucks in the middle of the night. It didn't bother us much though, as we were anyway exhausted at the end of the day after so much walking.

Great location, right next to the Cathedral and in the middle of the lively part of the town, walking distance to all the important monuments. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are well organized to easily accomodate a family of 4.

The breakfast. You receive a coupon for the bar, but it had a long cue just to get breakfast, that we decided to skip it. As alternative we got a small breakfast in the basement, but that was old coffee and limited food.

The location is excellent, we had a room with the view of the cathedral which was fantastic. The room is very nice, modern, clean. We would go back if coming to Sevilla again. Recommended!
