Location is far from the beach but you know that before you book and also there is a shuttle bus available. Breakfast was about average for a large hotel but you could always get something.

All the staff were extremely helpful at all times.

Wi-Fi very hit and miss and often dropped off which was frustrating when trying to relax by the pool with an iPad etc. Felt to pay them to use the safe in my room to keep my belongings safe in their property was poor, and the first time I’ve had to do that. The gym had the latest equipment and provided chilled water and towels free of charge to users of it.

The apartment was very spacious and air conditioned. The kitchen was new and provided all equipment. Pool was quite large and plenty of sun beds around it. The walk up to the hotel each day is not ideal for those with health conditions but for most it’s a good cardio workout to help burn the excesses off !

Great hotel great staff especially the activities/ animation team of an evening. Nice and clean surroundings and well stocked shop. pools nice to have a choice of a quieter one and one with activities. Clean spacious appartments with balconies. Highly recommend and would love to stay again

Same as above On a steep hill the view and apartment we had wasn’t what we expected requested a change but wasn’t possible

It was spacious and very clean but unfortunately was not the apartment we was expecting as originally on confirmation stated with terrace and view not as we received a balcony with view of the pool no privacy

Appartment is a bit old and needs to be renovated in order to match the amount paid per night. 125 euro per night is a bit much, 60-70 would be fine. We go to bed early, hotel music was too loud on some evenings. But others may like an option to drink some wine and enjoy the hotels shows. Hotel is on the hill, I even liked that since I am traiming for the marathon at the moment. But.older people may strugle ... Hotel provides free bus, so shoudnt be a big deal at the end. Appartment pictures on booking.com are.generic, so I thought I booked an appartment with the sea view... well this was not the case and I had to pay extra to get it.

Stuff was.so kind. Hotel even gave wine to my wife for her birthday. Appartment was big and layout was good (bedroom in another floor level). Nice view.from the balcony. Location was good for us. Breakfast was superb and pools were nice, but we didnt used them much.

Overpriced restaurant and long wait times at the bar and for meals. Luggage room is not secure. Air conditioning did not work in one of the bedrooms

It is at the top of a hill

When I arrived on the Saturday night and looking forward to a bit of a ly in on Sunday morning, maintenance thought they would start dismantling the room next door to me at 8.30am so went in and asked them could they keep the noise.down, that was fine until Monday morning then it all kicked off again so I went to reception and they asked me did I want to move room but advised the maintenance work would finish on the Monday so I declined, but on Tuesday morning the cleaners thought they would arrive next door and start moving beds etc ( they actually made more noise than the maintenance guys) so my question was to reception why was I placed in that room if they knew maintenance work was getting carried out. To my experience, it's definitely quanity before quality and if your thinking of visiting this hotel, make sure you ask at the reception when booking in if there's any maintenance work going on.

The dinner buffet, the taste was not what we expected. When it's cold, it's not tasty anymore.

Swimming pool facilities are good. Kids really enjoyed them.

Nothing, only one room the tap was about to fall off in the bathroom of room number 3228 and the tap in room 3337 had a slow flow

We were moved to a room which were better for a family of 5 and the second room was located near by for my eldest and partner for the 2nd week. The room numbers were 3337 & 3228

Asked for quiet room - staying 10 days. Given room directly over family pool area, quite loud & noisy. Then family in room above, kids moving from 7am- pushing chairs, constant noise…adults dropping ashes onto our balcony- food dropped daily to our balcony which we had to clean…… Constant smell of Hash at resort- pungent! Horrible! We left resort most days for quietness!!!

Location, is the only thing I can possibly say was not ideal, and that’s only from the point of view that it’s a €7-10 taxi to Las Americas/Los Christianos, the resort itself has pretty much all you need other than suitable night entertainment (it’s very family oriented) not what we were looking for

We booked a 2 bed apartment which had a 2 x single bed room and a double bedroom for a 2 week stay, myself and my adult son. I requested that the 2 singles be replaced with a double bed-no issue at all, the hotel confirmed this would be ok and it was. We went for room only and on a cpl of days we went to the dining area and payed €13 for a buffet breakfast-great value and a great choice of breakfast items available, with minor tweaks to what was available each morning we were there.
