Big spacious apartment, 3 great pools, very helpful and friendly staff.

I did try to ask some help with food allergies and the breakfast but wasn’t very successful so I gave up and took my own food in. Maybe I could have contacted them in advance but I did think they may have something to cater for Gluten allergy as Spain in generally is pretty good at this.

Lovely hotel, instantly pleased with the brilliant reception staff. They were so helpful and explained everything so well from shuttle buses to the facilities, food etc. There was a WhatsApp facility to ask questions and when I used it I got a very quick response and I thought that was an excellent help. Beds were comfy and the hotel rooms were quiet.

Entertainment was more for younger children. I had asked for a quiet apartment but it wasn't quiet as overlooked where the entertainment was.apartment block 3 and a few louder guests staying coming into the apartment block in the early hours of the morning and apartment was above the taxi rank so had that noise too. On a number of occasions a strong smell of cannibas in the complex despite stating on the information in the hotel information that smoking vaping and use of cannibas was fobidden so not clear who was monitoring that. Shuttle bus only available until 6.15pm later would have been better as hotel is not walkable so only taxi option available. Bbq evening was enjoyable but meant the pool closed very early that day in order to prepare,although 2 other pools these were much smaller and deeper so not appropriate for non swimmers and children. Evening meal options for buffet were limited and repetitive. A small area which could get busy due to the amount of people. Building work directly opposite the apartment and there was no prior warning that building work was happening. Lots of steps and steep hills around the complex. Fine for us but anyone with mobility issues may struggle. Hairdryer in the room was not working properly,this did get replaced for a brand new updated version. Telephone in the bedroom not working which got replaced promptly. These are aspects I'd expect to be checked when rooms cleaned in between guests. The ensuite smelled initially in the mornings of damp,possibly the drains. The odour did improve but probably something that needs looking into. We used the shower in the second bathroom as ensuite one not as nice and quite a climb over the side of the bath to get in.

The meals were buffet option. Breakfast was good selection. Evening meal not as good selection and repetitive. Noisy and busy as a lot of people in a small area. Staff were all helpful. Reception helpful with queries and arranging taxis. Shuttle bus on the hour was good but only ran until 6.15pm Apartment was a good size and nice view. Bbq evening was good. Helpful that the hotel had a message system via WhatsApp and did respond promptly which was reassuring. Pool areas were nice.

It's more like three but not four stars hotel. Rooms and furniture are tired, they need to be renewed. Toilet flush didn't work properly. It was dark in the apartment. Cleaning service only changed towels and sheets. The floor was never cleaned even though we stayed for 9 days.

Beautiful hotel architecture. The staff at breakfast was friendly and nice. It's comfortable, that the hotel bus takes you to the city beach and back.

The air conditioning wasn't very cold and also quite loud when on. Our apartment was in the white house and loud on a morning when breakfast being served, so not much chance of a sleep in. No balls allowed in pool 1 during certain times but pool 2 closed for renovation. The works were very loud and also unexpected works round pool 1 during our stay.

The lift has failed a few times, had to walk up twice with kids to Level 6. It makes it not easy having heavy water bottles in hands. However, after making the phone calls to the reception, maintenance were dealing with the issue immediately. Water pressure on the second floor of the apartment was really low, so we were using taps on the first floor Seen a few insects in one of the rooms (one of which was pretty big).

The size of the apartment was impressive. It was spacious and clean. Phenomenal view from the balcony with lovely sunsets of course. Meals is the buffet were good, nothing special though, but kids loved it. The shows in the evening were great, again, kids enjoyed most of the evenings. The pools are lovely, the staff at the bar is friendly. In general, everyone from us were delighted to stay in the hotel. There are big chances of us coming back to the same spot.

Unfortunately we had some little bugs in the kitchen 2 days, but I heard it is common in Canarias. Spa is old and overall rooms needs to go through some refresh.

Staff was always helpful and smiling. Pool are really nice and the value for the price i considered really good ! Breakfast is also good and has variety of products.

Rooms were not the cleanest, hairs around the room and some small bugs were present the whole time. Toilet smelled quite bad because of some installation issues and there were flushing issues with toilet. Overall, not so clean. + we booked king sized bed and received 2 separate beds connected together - it was changed later to a different room, but I had to contact Booking for it.

Great location with great view (if you get a right room). Breakfast had huge amounts of different kinds of food, big kudos for that. Rooms are quite big and spacious, lots of room to be comfy. Staff does show appreciation to you and will help with anything that is required, kudos to them!

Furniture is a bit dated. Kids club open only from 11am to 12:30pm. Would be nice to take kids there later in a day as well. Entertainment at the main pool was sometimes to loud

Great place to stay with a family. We were here only four nights but had everything we need in one place. Supermarket, pools kids club,,breakfast was great. A lot to choose from. Perfect location outside of the crowd if you prefer that. You can use their free shuttle bus to the beach and back.

The breakfast area is no where near big enough for the amount of guests. We queued outside to get in every morning and never once made it to a table inside. We were seated outside which was not ideal as it was only April and still cool and breezy in the morning. Hotel is also up quite a large hill.

The air conditioner could be better, bathrooms and the room need a Little bit of refreshment, maybe consider a posibility of all inclusive offer.

The view from the hotel is amazing, very friendly staff, very clean place, overall we were satisfied, good value for money.
