Prior to arrival the host had sent us an email and whatsaap explaining where the keys would be left really smooth check i could bnot fault a single thing regarding our stay. 5 min walk down a hill to the square , it is a bit of a steep hill walking back but a taxi is around 3 euro. pool was brilliant for the kids and the facilities was amazing and spotlessly clean. Thanks for a brilliant stay and we will be returning.

Everything about the apartments is perfect. Beautifully designed, spacious and fully equipped with top of the range appliances. The balcony is huge and the pool is an added bonus for that extra bit of luxury. Liliana and the staff are first rate.

It was a good size for a family of 4. It was clean, modern and very well equipped, with stunning views. Oh and comfy beds!

I couldn’t find a thing :-). Everything was so perfect.

One word !!! AMAZING. I have been to many places in my life and stayed in many apartments - and this is truly in my top 3 !! This apartment is so fantastic and you’ll feel at home right away. You’ll immediately notice how clean it is and your feel-good-vacation can start. Both sleeping areas and the kitchen/living room are perfect and spacious - and the bed and the other furniture is great and very comfortable. The big glass doors can be opened up - and you’ll have an amazing view, plus it’s a great way to get fresh air inside. The air conditioner is very powerful and easy to work with. The kitchen is center stage for preparing food. And it has all you’ll need, hot air oven, microwave oven, wine cooler, fridge and freezer, plus all the tools to make your meals. The pool is super clean and well placed on the outside area - and I have to say it was my favorite place to go for a total relaxing feeling. The agency that is handling this apartment is so professional and kind. Very good communication and quick response - from the moment you make your booking and all the way till the end of your stay you’ll feel in totally safe and professional hands. And again the cleaning of the apartment is done perfectly and by a very nice lady. I only have positive words for this place and cannot wait to visit it again. Thanks again to the agency and cleaning for making this a PERFECT stay and vacation.

Nothing it was perfect.

This property was absolutely stunning. This was a special trip to celebrate my 20th wedding anniversary with my wife and it did not disappoint. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable and the hosts were amazing. The location was perfect, the apartment had everything we needed and more. It was super comfortable and very spacious. The outside area was spotless and the large pool was a dream. We loved it so much we have booked to return next year. Highly recommend this luxury property.

Well, where should I start...the place is just lovely and I´d say it´s the best possible place to stay in all of Puerto Rico and it´s surroundings if you are looking for an apartment. The place has everything you can possibly ask for and the view is just amazing with a nice pool connected to every single as the icing on the cake. Also, it´s just a short walk to restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc and I would strongly recommend it every day of the week.

Nothing, last hundred metres or so uphill walk a bit of a challenge (for some 🏃‍♀️)but at €3.50 per taxi, not a real problem.

The only thing I would wish for, are some softer pillows for the beds. I bet Liliana would have fixed this for us, had I asked. So there is really nothing to dislike.

Clean, well equipped and good location. Extremely accomodating hostess, who arranged everything we asked for and more. A must to visit for a great and relaxing visit to Puerto Rico. The pool was meticuously cleaned almost every day, the terrace too.

Its high up, so either need to get a car or taxi to beach or centre (but that’s mainly because we had young children). If your fit, the walk is pleasant. No supermarket near by. Shame the neighboring properties (mainly opposite) are tired. But it did not affect our stay.

Quiet Location and great views with the sun set every evening. Beautiful spacious accommodation. Very clean. beds are comfortable. It comes fully equipped, and couldn’t ask for more in a self catering property. Everything is new and well maintained. Netflix definitely an added bonus. Communication with property owner quick and responsive.

Beautiful apartments, with everything you could need for a holiday in Gran Canaria. Pictures are impressive but the reality is even better. Accomodation is big, comfortable, luxurious, but also very clean and well laid out. Clearly a lot of thought went into the design. The pool and balcony are amazing too Communication was superb - using WhatApp to keep in touch, ask questions, receive updates makes everything super easy Thankyou Liliana and your team for making us feel so at home.

Had a fantastic holiday at the Serenity apartment….everything was immaculate, the views were beautiful and we all enjoyed the terrace and pool area. Liliana and staff were all very helpful on any info we needed. Thank you for an enjoyable stay and look forward to returning again soon hopefully :)
