Music in The Level too loud for background music and on the resident lounge terrace. It could be turned down as it overtakes any conversation you are trying to have.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel. Have already rebooked. Food excellent especially Casa Nostra. So many spaces to sit and relax. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Mosquitoes! Absolutely ruined the sleep, many guests covered in bites. Having to pay for water at dinner when it was free in the level lounge?

Spacious outside areas, it never felt crowded at any time. Relaxing atmosphere. Nice clientele

Everything was excellent, no complaints.

Absolute fantastic hotel, with really nothing to complain about at all except no piano for my husband to play! Breakfasts were exceptional and the lounge which was open every day with free drinks and snacks was an added bonus.

No air conditioner it was very hot in my room phoned the reception and got told that it’ doesn’t work because it was not hot enough to turn the air conditioning on 🥵

being outside of the season, not all the cafes were open so the main restaurant was often crowded in this hotel, the meals and extras do not award reward-points the tennis courts belong to some other business so they cost (slightly overpriced); I would have appreciated some discount for staying in the hotel the check-in online did not save us from waiting in the line (not really short one) the in-door kids playground was closed (separate room/building)

we enjoyed a lot our stay in this spacious property with many facilities; the kid played a lot at the kidsdom, even though there was some renovation going on in the area the rooms are very comfortable and each building is easily accessible from many different points (no need to pass by reception every time) the sand beach is impressive and so are the views of the sea outstanding golf facility YHI spa is very nice

Some of the doors were creaking.

The staff was very kind and offered us a better room since the jacuzzi in our booked room was not working properly. Also, the view and the entire resort is very nice and quiet - loved the sunsets there!

We have been to the hotel before and you could access the rooms by key card. This year for some reason they’ve given you a material wristband which makes you feel you’re in an all inclusive hotel down on Benidorm strip. We were not a fan of this at all, especially when you stay in the levels, which is five star.

The hotel itself is stunning. The bedrooms at The Level is spacious and comfortable. Robes, slippers, iron and ironing board, minibar and tea and coffee. Beautiful views over looking the golf course.

A part from the buffet there was only one restaurant open in the hotel in Nov - we felt like there wasn’t enough choice of food if you didn’t want to go out but that’s not the same in summer!

We had an amazing stay with our whole family. The prices were extremely reasonable for what we got. For the last days we upgraded to one of the suites with a jacuzzi & incredible view, we didn’t want to leave! It’s exactly far away from Benidorm to feel fully relaxed and extremely well located if you want to make little trips. Would really recommend this hotel!

Unable to use the air conditioning system as it had been turned off for the winter although the temperatures were high. The breakfast room had an unpleasant odour of damp.
