Few things went wrong. I had my phone stolen. Not there fault to be clear. When I went to the staff for help they ripped me off. Charged me £50 for a taxi. I do mean British pounds not euros. Gave me details to an Internet cafe that did not exist. It was a guy in a shop who wouldn't let me use it. When the taxi was late I asked the check out guy what time it was and he screamed at me. In the end the owner turned up and was actually helpful.

The rooms were at the top people on the balcony were drunken and drugged up singing and talking all night long until the next day and no staff came up at all . The mattress was awful 😞 and the kitchen was rotten

It’s just very poor. Didn’t really feel secure. I met someone that night on holiday who had a hotel room, so I grabbed my bags n left without staying the night.

Really. Trust the reviews. All the rest. It stinks, it is dirty, it's just a cheap bed/locker. I skipped showering or kitchen because it was disgusting. If you have another option, take it!

The location was amazing, first of all reception is in a grocery store, that's not really reassuring but I'm a big man I didn't mind. Second you have to pay €10 deposit for the key? Hahah what kind of customer service is that? They took a picture of my passport with their phone also not really safe and detailed everything in a handwritten notebook. All this would have been oke, but then when they walked me to my room which was in another building just 1min walk from the shop, where I could see why their ratings are so low.. Firstly artificial grass as carpet in the room, the window was facing a buildins garden or some kind of building site, walls are damaged, wardrobe falling apart fridge old rusty and dirty inside and outside. Bathroom not clean, but there was hot water at least. All this in a very old neglected building with neglected surroundings like furniture and maintenance in general. All this for €77 for a night it's just someone's bad management... this buisness is clearly only after the money, no customer service of any kind was provided. Regards Bo

There was supposed to be a kitchen, there was only a fridge and a faucet. Had to make your own bed. Only one bathroom and when you share with a lot of girls, not convenient.

To find out where the hostel and the "reception" (which is a joke 'cause it's actually a supermarket above a Mexican Restaurant approx. 1min. by foot) is, was exhausting and tedious! The Check-in took with the waiting time around 10min, otherwise everything was correct. The "staff" was short-spoken, so there is actually nobody for questions/information, but all in all my stay was ok for the price.

In my oppinion this accommodation was ok to span one night I needed to stay at Los Cristianos. I had a bed, could get enough sleep and had a simple shared bathroom to use. But don't expect a lot of comfort or kindness.
