Great central location, especially if you are there for party and restaurants. Nice comforrable app, has everything you need for a short stay. Easy and quick communication with the owner, very friendly and dedicated to make your stay nice. 10 to 15 minutes walk to the beach.

The apartment was beautiful, and the location is top. We went from the airport to the city with the bus, and from the station to the apartment it was a 4-minute walk. Communication with the host was amazing, simple and to the point. Near the apartment are a bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, and bars. Absolutely recommend.

Being in the center of Alicante, the flat can be very loud at night. Although there is a kitchen, there are limited cooking tools. The bathroom is poorly ventilated.

The flat is very central, easy to walk anywhere and/ or take the bus to the airport or to the San Juan beach. The flat is bright, spacious and has a kitchen, washing machine, iron and is well equipped. The bed is very comfortable. Plenty of storage for clothes etc. Marta the host has been amazing, always present and responding very quickly.

Only one thing really - would have preferred more pillows but that's personal choice really, beds were very comfortable.

Perfect location for exploring everything in Alicante and using tram to get along coast to other villages. Apartment itself was spacious, perfect for a family of five and warm (we were there in February and Spanish apartments can be cold in winter). Shower was great too, plenty of hot water. Apartment also had a balcony over looking street which was nice.

If you want to go to the beach it’s a bit of a walk especially in the summer heat.

We wanted an apartment so we could cater a bit for ourselves and also to be able to do some washing half way through our trip! The apartment is in a great shopping location, near to the lovely Alicante market and a short walk to the old town. It’s nicely furnished and comfortable for 2 people.

Maybe the extra fee for late check of 20 euro. Should have been part of the deal, but very understandable as someone has to get back to the appartement to be there around midnight!

The apartment is close to everywhere. You can find the all equipment you need in this lovely apartment. The landlord was very welcoming, she was very responsive to our questions, she suggested us a good place to park our car and a nice restaurant. The apartment is so clean and the bed is so comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Great location! Natalia was very friendly and kind! She gave us many tips even before the trip and. And when we arrived she gave us tips how to get easier to the city from airport. Apartment is near everything. Restaurants, beach, shops, super markets.. We had lovely time!

Absolutely amazing experience - lovely, clean and cosy apartment. Fully equipped, so the staying feels like being at home. Although the flat is situated in the centre of the life night, you can enjoy calm sleeping as there is no noise. Moreover, the owner is really amazing - recommend and help us to find some nice restaurants, tapas bar. at our departure ordered taxi as we struggeled to find one. Thank you once again, definitely see you otra vez💚

Only 1 shower towel provided for my 3 night stay ,€10 for a second towel ,this was unusual . Road works going on across the street ,so very noisy

Apartment was full of old world charm,high ceilings and nicely decked out .very good air conditioning which was almost silent .unfortunately you need to consider it's on a busy street in the centre of the city ,bring very good ear plugs to sleep at night .good kitchen,comfortable bed and good shower .pleasant host .very good accomadation in a great location despite the noise
