Beautiful, comfortable apartment with a wonderful location, which had an amazing staff that even answered questions on a Saturday night. I highly recommend this place.

Mattress old, had bunch of fabric burrs, no mattress cover. Only a thin sheet between your body and small hard bumps. Could feel the bumps and burrs of the mattress . Had to steal the blanket from next bedroom to sleep comfortably. . This is not hard to fix. Buy a mattress cover. Elevator broke 3 days. Trash in hallways, and cereal down 3 flights of stairs from a broken trash bag. Crappy couch, no support. Most apartments we stay at already have cooking supplies, some basic spices, etc, left from previous visitors. This one did not. Need a full length mirror. Need a small table or shelf beside the beds to put phones or books on. Owners should spend the night in these places themselves and they would quickly figure out some small inexpensive touches to make the place nicer.

Good location, easy checkin. Nice balcony. Generally clean inside apartment. Welcome packet had coffee, small olive oil. Clean bathroom. Check out easy. Nice layout.

Nothing - was a great choice and will recommend to family and friends.

The location was perfect for exploring Barcelona. Short walk to the main attractions, supermarket just around the corner, not to mention the wonderful bakeries on almost every corner. Local restaurants close by for dining out. Apartment well equipped for cooking your own meals. Welcome pack full of little goodies to help you get started. Apartment was easy to access with Smart Key, no searching for keys to enter buildi8ng. Apartment was very clean and tidy with plenty of room for 4 adults to relax and unwind.

The only think was that you can hear the noise of the other apartament, for us it was not o problem but the other apartament did a complain for us at the time we were just chatting. So if you are a noisy group you should think it.

Location was perfect, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and even metro station was near to the property. The place was clean, comfortable and exactly like the photos. After check out, if your flight is late, they also offer a service of holding your luggage free of charge at their office which was 400m from the apartment and this was very helpful. I have been in a lot of apartments because I travel a lot and this was one of the best for the service they offer.

The balcony door does not lock at all. The door locks are managed via an app which is very unreliable. I stayed there for four nights with my family. On the first day of our stay a ring that I left on the table went missing. I contacted the property but got a very vague response. No actions were taken at all regarding my jewellery being stolen from an apartment I am paying to stay at.

The room reeked of marijuana. Very stinky. Discomfort, headache. After contacting, no treatment was given. Just an insincere apology. 2 days after checking out they said they would come to deodorize

Very comfortable apartment with loads of space. I loved the terrace, and it was close to everywhere we wanted to go. Lovely quiet neighbourhood, we would definitely recommend it to our friends.

It wasn’t very clean. The AC wouldn’t go below 21 degrees. Booking.com check out time listed 12 noon but they knocked on our door at 11 demanding we leave saying their check out time was 11. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher quality apartment.

No comment, we never saw the apartment The cleaners must have a big surprise when the get into the apartment, because the was nothing to clean, l hope the still get paid . We paid 60 euro for the cleaning for the 2 nights stay and the apartment and we never used .

Nothing to say about the apartment because we never stay and we pay for the 2 nights.the only give us one option to get into the apartment check in online but for some reason that wasn’t working for us . We wetting for hours outside the apartment and we try to contact to the property to let us in but not respond. We have to stay and a hotel . We were dealing we computers no we real people. Horrible
