There is only one sunbed at one pool, where you can lie in the sun and chill. And the beach is a 25min walk away. Would be nice to have a place at the hostel to chill in the sun after surf. The matress was not very comfortable. I had a small room, which was enough for me. Something (like a hook) to hang the towel would be nice though.

I like that there are several separate houses where you share a kitchen with not too many people (at least when you're not in the main house). The cleaners are there almost every day, so the bathroom is always clean with fresh mats and towels. The people at the reception are always friendly and help you with whatever you need. The breakfast doesn't have a big variety but fresh fruits, juices, cereals and croissants. I think the hostel is definitely worth the price. I love that you can store your luggage and have a shower after your check out for free!

There is building work during the week around the hostel. Major building work of a hotel lots of dust meaning during week not great to relax round the pool Not the hostels fault A few ants in the room but I get that it's a hot country

The location is great only a short walk from the hostel shops bars and restaurants short walk to the main strip everything you need to be comfortable plus nice fresh food at breakfast and a lovely hostel rep on reception Lovely private balcony and private room private bathroom all lockable and clean

I'm not a surfer , just a solo traveler looking for great budget accommodation....and this worked out wonderfully for me... Maybe I was lucky with my neighbours, but I found it quiet, clean ,well organized and friendly... Breakfast was an extra bonus but surprisingly good... Thankyou everyone... Will definitely come back !!

2 small wrinkles. EXTREMELY squeaky beds. Even rolling over was very noisy and disturbed each other. As for any other activities that might make the bed squeak... It would have been far too noisy ;) We booked the private bathroom, which we received, BUT we were disappointed to have to go out of our room into a communal hallway to access it. We would recommend the owners put a lockable door on the end of the small hallway which would enable to have some privacy when going to the bathroom in the middle of the night, instead of having to find a bathrobe and unlock and relock the doors as you could lock the outer door and leave the bedroom and bathroom doors unlocked.

The value for money was amazing. A choice of two pools. Great location. Fabulous breakfast choices. Friendly staff. Having stayed in some much more expensive hostels in the past, this was simply incredible how much you got for so little money1

It is all in all a little old (the style), the rooms, the shower, etc.

It was good for a short stay. I liked the atmosphere, the outside area to relax. Nice people! I would stay again if it is for one or two nights.

I loved it! Hostel vibes but with your own room and (if you want) private bathroom. Amazing breakfast included, really clean and friendly staff. It was also really easy to reach by public bus. I've met a lot of amazing people, can only recommend.

- the location seemed to be in the middle of nowhere, but there were some supermarkets nearby, and if you had a car you could get to the center in 5’ and to the really nice beach in 5’ too but still.. it’s not a walking area, to get somewhere more interesting you probably will need a car (which is ok in the end) - there was a bit of the noise in the morning from the giant construction right across the street

- the room had all that was needed, big wardrobe, bathroom with a window for ventilation, small balcony (more for drying things than using as a balcony because of no particular view) - there was a really big terrace that we were not expecting with hangers to dry your cloths/towels, there was also a really nice pool area that were were not expecting as well as the common space (salon) and the kitchen with all you needed!! All those things were shared between us two and the people from another room in the same small house (I guess the property is made of many small houses that all look the same) so it felt like we had a looot of space!! Almost just for ourselves - there was a free breakfast for everyone (sandwiches, coffee, pancakes, yogurt, juice etc) which was great too!! - you could rent the surf equipment for a really good price too

Unfortunately and out of Surf Riders control, building work to the rear and side of the property is ongoing & starts at 7am. This stopped plans to spend time relaxing around the pool & external areas due to noise and vibration.

Lovely place full of friendly people. The private room was spot on. Access to kitchen & facilities also great 👌 Breakfast was good with plenty of choice As a solo traveller, I felt safe.

Had a private room in one of their houses. The staff and atmosphere is amazing, really helpful and fun to hang out with. Also great and diverse fellow guests. Very welcoming. Also, the social activities organized are really cool. Rooms are very clean. Really good value for the money as well. Recommend to join their WhatsApp group for the social activities. Easy to park the car close by at the street.

Basement room had only a small window high in the wall, but quite acceptable for a bedroom, especially as the large communal spaces are so pleasantly bright and airy.
