Tiles round the pool need upgraded some cracks etc but other than that great stay couple of restaurants just down the stairs from the property and a supermarket although the supermarket is a little pricey compared to the big spar one in Puerto Rico town centre .

The property were very accommodating we arrived on an early flight 1030am and check in was 1700 we were advised to contact on arrival and they let us in straight away . Also lovely welcome pack of wine tea bags crisps among other things to start you off .

Space, privacy, location, size. Everything was perfect couldn’t have asked for more.

The cutlery and glasses were somewhat reduced, but with a bit of organization, it was sufficient for all the holiday guests.

The house had a fully equipped kitchen, except for an oven. It was used every day, for breakfast, I was the cook, so I would say that breakfast was absolutely top-notch. The staff addressed the minor issues that arose with cheerful attitudes and remarkable speed.

I didn’t like how booking.com charged me nearly €2000 incorrectly and will not give this money back. I will never book with them again and I would urge all customers to be wary of booking.com. If interested in this beautiful villa I would encourage everyone to contact the lovely people at the property directly

Nothing not to like.

Stunning, spacious property with wow factor and everything we need is there. Easy walk to Puerto Rico beach, supermarkets, Puerto Rico Gym and really good restaurants, with Amadores beach a bit further on by foot. The hosts are brilliant, they always respond quickly and any problems are sorted straight away, no hassle. This is why we keep coming back.

Great location and very nice villa. We loved the heated pool (almost replaced the beach for the kids). Also really liked spacious and cosy bedrooms with big and comfy beds. We found almost everything what we needed. Also, very comfortable to self-check in and self-check out.

The accommodation is slightly faded. Access down a slope, concern over wet pavement tiles (and yes it did rain one evening and a thunderstorm next morning) A handrail would have been helpful as I walk with a stick.

The design,size, airiness and the amount of separate spaces if one wanted to be away from the family.The views over the valley and to the sea.Very pretty at night with the lights. A local shop, restaurant’s and taxi rank within a short walk, albeit uphill on the way back. Outlook over a local park. Easy access to the main Puerto Rico shopping and bars (for us via taxi) Good size swimming pool. Downstairs shower room with a seat. White wine,lagers and soft drinks in the fridge, bottle of red wine, crisps and chocolates also as a greeting.

Booklet to include information regarding use of appliances, air conditioning, Netflix and directions to bus stops etc. in different languages would be very helpful especially for first time visitors. Air conditioner was excellent in main bedroom downstairs but other two were very noisy and difficult to operate also there was only a fan in upstairs double bedroom.

Location is excellent accessible to Marina, Taxi rank, buses, restaurants and supermarket. House is beautiful and very spacious. Garden and private pool which was a bit cold. Staff members Nubi and Yurane were very helpful during our stay.

Villa was beautiful and clean. There were lovely touches everywhere. Location was fantastic within walking distance of shops and restaurants and the beach. The whole team and communication was fantastic even when we had little issues they were on hand to sort out immediately. All in all a lovely restful holiday. Definitely would return and recommend.

We enjoyed absolutely everything about our stay from the villa itself and it’s amenities, the staff and the location! Shops, bars and restaurants were only a 5-minute walk away with Playa de Puerto Rico beach close too.. Transport (taxis) to other areas of the island were frequent and great value for money! The staff went above and beyond throughout the stay gifting us with a welcome basket, maintaining the pool and allowing us to have a later check-out! I cannot recommend this villa enough and we will most definitely will be back next year!

The villa was amazing, so clean and spacious, everything you could possibly need was provided. the pools was so so great, kids loved every minute! the staff we dealt with from the owner to housekeeping were so kind and accommodating. the welcome basket of wine and goodies were such a nice touch especially after a long and late flight. Location was ideal with the small shopping centre just minutes away and the beach and other amenities either a 5 min drive or 15 min walk. we will definitely be back next year

The location is fabulous and the villa is amazing. Everything was ready for us when we landed and we went straight in, even though we were earlier than their usual check in time. The host responded straight away when we asked a question and the cleaning and pool staff were very courteous and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Very close to supermarket and bars, some really great restaurants, and not far to the beach. We would recommend it and we will be back.

the air con didn’t really work so fans were a must a night. the tiles around the pool were very slippy and there were a few cracked tiles which wasn’t great for little feet.

Beautiful villa with lovely warm pool in a good location. It was very quiet but only a few minute walk to a supermarket & restaurants. the palm trees in the gardens were beautiful and the inside and pool were clean.

There were ants everywhere on the 1st floor. The kitchen needs renewing. There were not enough dishwasher detergents. You do not want to buy such things on a vacation. No potty for toddler.

Heated pool and water toys - great for smaller kids. The villa was not too hot at nights (we stayed in extremely hot week in March). It was clean and we had fresh towels during our stay. Location is very good.
