We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CambodiaI'm not sure if you can access toilets in other floors but there's only one in our floor I think so you have to wait for a while for your turn. But the waiting time is not that long.
The hostel is clean overall plus they offer free breakfast and dinner (not all days I think) even though I wasn't able to try. But I personally like the most the staff, especially Carolina, who helped me with the things to do and visit during my short stay in Madrid. She saved me a lot of time on researching since I have no plans at all when I arrived. I also like that the beds are separated from one another instead of having bunk beds. The location is really good too! Close to everything!

United States of AmericaStaff was incredibly nice, baths and rooms were incredibly clean, location is in the center and right along a major metro station, individual beds were SO nice to sleep on, only 5 people to a room. Favorite part was all the organized activities/trips by the hostel. I made a TON of friends and I don’t think a hostel can get any better honestly. Also shoutout Agustin for being incredibly kind and helpful!

The facilities were clean and well-maintained, the staff at this hostel were exceptionally warm and helpful. GermanyThis is not exclusive to this hostel but nevertheless worth stating, I consider it unfair that the female only rooms are slightly more expensive than mixed ones.
Great facilities, comfortable beds and spacious area to keep and store your belongings (I stayed in a 4-female bedroom). Many toilets and showers, always clean. Quiet times seemed to be well respected. At least I didn’t have any issues with noise after 23:30h. Angel and his team were fantastic hosts, explaining all one should know about Madrid and about the hostel, and Angel even cooks for the guests some evenings (his pasta was delicious!). There are many events organized by them for free. The churros, croissants and madeleines with coffee for breakfast are definitely a plus. The coworking area is spacious and quiet enough to let you do focused work and have calls. Overall the hostel atmosphere was great and I would definitely stay there in my next visit.
