The staff is so kind, especially Karen from Guatemala. The cleaning was excellent but the most important is the different activities to meet new people, in restaurants or pubs, that was the best part. I enjoyed it very much and definitely I'll go back one day.

A bit more expensive than the other hostels in Madrid. But it is well worth the price.

Great staff with amazing personal attention. They helped me with everything I needed and beyond. An excellent place for single travelers with lots of fun and free activities! Delicious dinner, very fun travelers, in a perfect location. And in general the stay is very pleasant.

I loved everything about it, you don’t need to look any further for a hostel. Comfortable bed, nice toilets and good showers. Easily the best hostel I have ever stayed in. The daily and nightly activities are great for meeting people and it’s such an inclusive hostel. Big shout out to staff, Hayes, Naomi, Loubna and especially Bruno who led the tour to Toledo and shared his knowledge of the city. I will be back for sure.

I have only a couple small critiques - I would have appreciated if the beds in the shared rooms had curtains for privacy. Once the water went out (in the neighborhood) which of course was not the hostel's fault, but I would have appreciated a message in the WhatsApp group alerting guests about this when it happened.

This was a very social and diverse hostel, which I really liked. I appreciated that there were often daily activities, and usually nightly activities as well as dinners, which helped create a friendly and social atmosphere. The staff were very kind and helpful and I received many recommendations as to activities to do in Madrid as well as for the next part of my trip to Sevilla.

Exceptionnal location in the center of Madrid, and comportable beds. But most of all, the kindest staff I ever met when travelling, special mention to Abdy who was so kind and gave me cool tips to visit the city ! Everything here is done to make you feel home, with activities everyday allowing you to meet new people.

OneFam is a very hostel. All activities very well planned. Rooms were spacious, staff was beyond amazing, cleanliness was on spot. Crowd was good. I wouldn’t ask for anything better for this price.

Everything was good.. The staff were all good especially Abdy.. Abdy was very welcoming man that's made me feel like i am in my cousin's home. I was received first time by him and he made it easy for me regarding the hostel or around Madrid as he has good knowledge of Madrid.. Also he helped me when i wanted to extend three more nights. Location is super good. The facilities in the hostel are complete kitchen with utilities. Free access to computer with Internet. Washing machines. Free food . Activities inside the hostel and outside the hostel.. It really onefam (one family) Satying there made my trip unforgettable..

The location is unbeatable and close to everything such as metro, restaurants and shopping malls etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful, shout-out Agustin who is super welcoming and recommended me nice brunch which is the bomb! They have daily activities, free breakfast/dinner, coffee/tea which is very budget friendly. Unlike other hostels which have bulk beds, the bed they have made me to have the best sleep for my entire trip! I would definitely book again if one day back to Madrid!

The walls of some rooms are very thin and not really soundproof. It has not so much space to put your stuff apart from the bed.
