The couch in our living room was very uncomfortable and the cooking facilties were dissapointing

Were we in room 307, and whilst elevated from the main road, there was a constant noise from the bars and restaurant on the main road. Bars and restaurants are open all night with music and noise, so it's a great location for those who are looking to party!

The hotel is well located in the middle of the location. There's a nice reception, pool and pool bar. Rooms were clean and tidy, and whilst there were 2 beds put together. We were in an apartment with a small kitchenette, with fridge and small collection of cuttlery, crockery and glassware. Hairdryer is fixed to the wall and located in the bathroom. When we requested a change to our booking, and the hotel we very accomodating, happy to help, efficient and super friendly.

There are no drawers to put clothes away. Needs a mirror nearer the side the air-conditioning unit is on. Lighting in the corridor could be better

We did not like that the pool was closed every time we were available for swim.

Although the apartment was clean and modern there are some points which would make it better Need a shelf in the bathroom. Need to have sheets on the beds which fit made it uncomfortable to sleep Kitchen needs more utensils eg jug for use in microwave The location for us not good as a lot of party groups and poor behaviour

Great location no. 103 bus from Palma stops right outside. Apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard, the air conditioning worked brilliantly, lots of excellent restaurants within short walk, very friendly staff.

No TV in bedroom, no lounge chairs on balcony, 3 separate elevators to access room.

Sea view room had amazing rooms and was fresh and clean. Pool area was big with a pool bar and separate seating area which was comfortable. A variety of people and the location was a 5 min walk from the beach and restaurants including boat pick up from beach. Great location for those wanting to relax.

Parking at the hotel for extra charge. Terrace of the apartment was located so that other guests are walking by and you have little privacy. Noise in the morning if you are located near the parking.

The bedroom pillows were poor and no fitted sheets. The heatpump did not work and it was cold. We were given a basic electric heater and blankets. The living room area seating had vinyl covers so not ideal and a nice sofa fabric would have been better.

My wife and I enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. The location was close to the beach, supermarket and restaurants. The room was clean and updated. The view of the beach was nice and the small balcony was ideal for relaxing.
