We were unfortunate with the weather but it didn't dampen our enthusiasm for Salamanca!

Perfect apartment which was ideally located in the old part of Salamanca and within walking distance of the many tourist historic attractions and beautiful buildings.

The sound of the floor when you walk on it. Nothing else to complain about.

Very nice guy met us near the property and show us the way to the property, the apartment is just beside the cathedral and walking distance, about a couple minutes to the centre of Salamanca. The apartment was very nice, a small kitchen, so we could have breakfast in the apartment. A small patio was the view from the apartment and the place where you could smoke. The whole family had a wonderful stay there! We would stay here again if we come back to Salamanca.

Kettia met us and shared her favourite activities and places to visit in Salamanca. She is a gem of a hostess. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, even a washer to do clothing and a drying rack on the terrace. Excellent location!

The apartment we stayed in was not the one in the photo! No view and tiny enclosed outdoor space .

I must admit when I was choosing where to stay the picture in my mind was the view of the wall from the spacious balcony. The fine print is that there are various apartments and the photos do reflect many of them, and while ours did in fact have a balcony - it was a different view. Small 1st world problem.

it is perfectly located near the Plaza Major and the beautiful old are of Salamanca - it was very well, equipped and we were able to even wash and dry some clothes and cook some food there. always so tempting to eat out though. our host was so accomodating, even when I had messed up our booking he helped us fix it. there was also parking available at a fee which is always a relief. it was easy to find and easy to get in and out.

The bathroom's floor is slippery when showering. A handle on the wall could be useful. In addition, the bathroom is small and a bigger person than me might be uncomfortable.

The location is excellent, close to Plaza Mayor but on a quiet street. The wi-fi is excellent and the studio has all that is needed for a short or a long stay but as I didn't use the most of it, I couldn't comment on its maintenance.

The location was exceptional. We walked everywhere. We were directly beside the Decoratve Arts Museum,/Casa Lis, just a block or so from the cathedrals and the Rua Mayor, the Roman bridge. We think it advertized 1bathroom but there were 2 with second shower in the rok , ship-style. There was a lovely courtyard ofc the living room, and two bedrooms with table to eat breakfast, etc. as well as patio cou h and stone stairs up ti a wall overlookung close fo the river. Well stocked kitch,em, even a microwave. Truly a fsbulous find. Pablo who met us with the key even returned wirh chargers when one of the couples charger didn't work. Made our visit to delughtful Salsmanca even better. Can't fecommend more highly.

The situation of the appartment is exceptional. It is inside the old city of Salamanca in a quiet street. The appartment in itself is beautiful with a shadowy terrace which is particularly pleasant to enjoy meals at anytime of the day. I particularly apreciated the availability of the owner to answer to our requests and his recommendations of restaurants.

Met Pablo at the property and he helped us park our car in the apartment's garage and showed us around the flat. Pablo provided some very good recommendations regarding Tapas bars and restaurants, both in terms of quality and price.

I was met at the apartment by a representative of the owner. Apartment servicing - bed linen change etc. - was available but I chose not to use. The apartment was fully fitted out so that I needed only to buy some groceries to get started. The location is excellent, being about 100m from the Plaza Mayor and in the old city. I would stay in this apartment again, any time, and I strongly recommend this as an alternative to staying in a hotel or shared accommodation. Although I was travelling alone, it would be a comfortable apartment for two.

Paper thin walls meant we could hear EVERYTHING from the neighbors’ flat. No AC, which actually wasn’t a problem because it was a cool week despite it being August.

The location can’t be beaten. Walking out of the apartment to be met by the magnificent cathedral was truly a privilege. Loved the pretty terrace where we were able to enjoy our breakfast. The apartment was well equipped, the mattress was very comfortable and the managers were responsive and helpful. We particularly appreciated being able to stay two extra hours beyond check-out time which allowed us to catch our bus without having to spend all that extra time at the station. Thank you Pablo. We look forward to returning in the future.

Bed was very uncomfortable and the slightest movement of one would disturb the other. One of us didn't get a single good nights sleep, unlike the other three beds we slept on during our holiday. The apartment was nice inside but only a small dark patio within the block. Definitely not the garden or cathedral views shown in photos.

Our apartment was in an excellent location - 4 mins from Plaza Mayor - though this may not be other flats was not the one shown in photos Good facilities. Helpful and easy to arrange check-in and useful info provided.

Things that could so easily be fixed. No bedside lights, only one saucepan, Teflon peeling off the frying pan, 14 wine glasses but only 4 mugs - one cracked around the rim. There are no pictures on the walls and Salamanca is such a beautiful city that all it would take is a couple of photographs of the sights and it would make a huge difference.

The patio is amazing! When you enter the building you go down one level to the apartment but when you look over the patio wall you realize that the apartment is built into the old city wall and you're on the 5th floor. Lovely to be able to sit outside to eat, read or nap! The apartment building is right next door to Casa Lis and leaving the building the cathedral is right in front of you. Beautiful. The host, Pablo, is very quick to respond if you need anything or can't figure something out.

That it had a foldable bed and that when the bed was used, there was hardly any space to walk around. The entire apartment was just this one bedroom. Also, the shower was just half the size of a normal cubical shower.
