It would be nice to have a kettle, cups to make a cup of tea or coffee.

Meals were fabulous. Had Dinner and Breakfast in the hotel both were excellent.Location was excellent. Nice walk into town.

To visit the center of Cadaqués walking it is 25 minutes walk take that into account.

Clean and well-managed property with convenient parking included. The beautiful pool, surrounded by olive trees, offers a perfect spot for relaxation.

Amazing hotel with plenty of space to enjoy a cup of coffee with a sea view. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean, with high-quality, very soft sheets and towels. There’s also Netflix on the TV, which was perfect for one of the rainy days. Breakfast was excellent, with frittata, cheeses, fruits, and a nice selection of fresh pastries. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the city center of Cadaqués, and the location is amazing - if you’re a runner or a hiker, you’ll really love it. Everyone who works at the hotel was extremely kind and polite. We also appreciated that the hotel helped us arrange a taxi for our late arrival and even prepared a small breakfast for us when we had an early checkout. Thank you! ❤️

The personnel is attentive and friendly, we felt very welcome. The rooms are simple, but the garden and bar are cozy, and the view to the sea is great.

There was nothing not to like.

We loved the location just outside the town. Peaceful and calm with efficient and friendly service. Plentiful breakfasts. There was no lunchtime service as later in the season now and we didn’t dine there. We will definitely return if in the area.

I think other hotel owners need to visit Sol Ixent to understand how a hotel should be run.

Beautifully designed hotel, from the moment you enter the reception to the fantastic pool and gardens. I love this hotel because it does everything so well, it’s a perfect example of how a 3 star hotel completely outshines 4 and 5 star hotels in so many ways. Well done to the staff who work so hard to make this hotel one of the best that we have ever visited and Cadaqués is simply one of the most beautiful places to visit in the world. We have stayed in this hotel 3 times we hope to return again because it’s a truly spiritual place.

No wines by the glass in the bar, and I struggled with the staff to give me a glass of wine in the restaurant. (I didn’t want a whole bottle).

Didn’t realize the difficulty to drive into town and having to take all those stairs. That impacted our restaurant choices.

Room was a bit dated (we knew this before booking however). The location is relaxing & easy to town if staying 1 or 2 nights. But anymore I would’ve wanted to be closer.

Exceptional staff! Relaxing & pretty pool/dining area. The walk (mini hike) to the town along the coastline was a highlight & absolutely stunning scenery at sunset!! Easy drive from the town.

It’s about 30 mins walk into town so you do ideally need a car to get in and out.

Beautiful pool and grounds, hotel restaurant provided a good breakfast and lunch. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms had everything you need. Location is beautiful and easy access to Cadaques and Port Lligat. Great recommendation from front desk to visit the gardens at Dali’s house even if the house tickets are sold out. Well worthwhile.

The person at the reception was a bit confused. We were arriving early and at first he did not know what to do with us at all. The second trial after we had parked the car was a bit better. However his information on cap de creus was not correct. Our room faced the parking place. Next time I would try to get a better category. Furniture in the room is a bit outdated. I don’t understand why the towels for the pool are not provided in the room or at the pool area directly.

Beautiful garden and pool area. Well located for a walking tour to the Dali House- however be prepared if you follow the path google map suggests at the sea side, that you wear proper shoes to be able to climb some rocks and walk on narrow paths. Breakfast was good except the coffee. Big bathroom and balcony.

This is a gorgeous hotel in a stunning setting looking out to sea. A slightly precarious walk around the coastal path at dusk followed by a very bad dinner in Blue restaurant marred the evening but the hotel itself was lovely as were the staff. We had to check out at 12 but had a late evening flight and they gave us towels and let us use the facilities until it was time for us to leave. Would be great if they had a shower for guests in that situation.

We had a great stay.

We loved the location tucked away from city center, but a beautiful coastal walk into town was the highlight of the trip. Clean spacious room and patio with beautiful views from the hotel area. Clean spacious pool patio with both shade and sun options available.

Nothing. The chef at the restaurant is really talented. May I suggest to the hotel to offer dinner.

We liked everything! It is a beautiful Mediterranean -style hotel.The terrace outside the room had breathtaking views of the pool, gardens and the ocean. The breakfast buffet is amazing and Gaby makes sure you have everything you need. For lunch Estela is so nice! This hotel Hasan amazing staff. Téo, at the reception, is so professional! If I lived in Europe, I would come back every summer.

Great location with a view of the sea, wonderful garden. The town is just a scenic 20-25 min walk away with plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff was very helpful and kind, breakfast was great.
