I've stayed here often. It is stylish, very clean, and well-kept. The breakfast is really excellent. The location is very good for transport networks: easy access to S-Bahn and trams, connecting to airport, main stations, and (in my case on this trip) the conference centre in Wannsee I was attending. The staff are very nice and could not be more helpful. The rooms are small but thoughtfully laid out, but this time I had an upgrade to a larger room which was very comfortable (327).

the pillows in the room were not the best I prefer a firmer pillow. The roof top terrace was not wheelchair accessible which was a disappointment.

I couldn't park in your garage because it was full and had to pay 25 Euros a night.

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Berlin. The rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. The breakfast is very good. Both the downstairs and roof top bars are very good.

Superb location, close to lots of restaurants, bars, shopping, transport and only 10mins walk to Museum Island. Still a quiet hotel - we heard no noise even though our room overlooked the tram stop. We were given an upgrade to a suite in the new wing when we arrived which was very much appreciated. The suites (we had two rooms next to each other) were a great size and had lovely decor. I think some of the other rooms in the original building could be a little compact so I would definitely book the suite again. Rooftop bar was great as was the lounge to relax in with a nice fire. Staff were very professional and welcoming. They also have a small gym and spa downstairs that is just being put in - I used the gym, again nicely decorated and with all the machines you need for a cardio workout.

Not so much that I didn't like...I did not know to put my key card in the switch by the door in order to turn the lights on. My son was with me when I checked in and knew this process. I think this is a clever idea, but, as a new person I would have walked back to the desk.

My step grandchildren were visiting from the United States and we met at the hotel for breakfast. We were the last ones to dine, taking our time to catch up on our travels and we lingered past the breakfast finish time. The staff worked around us, we never felt we were an inconvenience and I was thrilled when the chef came out to say hello and share that the lox was from Norway. THE LOX, BY THE WAY, WAS FABULOUS!!! Whenever I passed the staff in the halls or elevators, they were welcoming and friendly. I REALLY, REALLY liked the bath gels...ohlala!

It’s on the pricey side so best for a treat.

Stylish and comfortable. I was upgraded to a bigger room. Breakfast was extra but it was good quality with a range of fresh options. The hotel is in a wonderful position within walking distance of Museum Island and other major sites but quiet and peaceful inside. Staff were friendly and helpful. This is the second time I have stayed in The Montbijou and I would stay there again.

Not very clean (otherwise I wouldn't mind it's also) a little expensive for the room size and for breakfast not being included. Smoking smell from patio entered the room from the only window.

Great location, very friendly staff. Comfortable bed. A room facing the inner patio with a good sound proof window allowed very peaceful nights. Sauna + gym.

The shower worked well, but the pitch on the shower floor is off and because of this all the water pools in the far corner of the shower, and then leaks onto the bathroom floor. It never dried up. The hotel obliged provided me with additional towels so I could sop up the water, but that's hardly an adequate solution. It really needs to be repaired. Others have complained about it over time and it should be addressed.

The location is central. A short walk to Museumsinsel and points of interest. It is about a two minute walk to the S-Bahn that the East/West lines--one station to Friedrichstrasse station and one in the other direction to Alexanderplatz. The staff is super friendly, the room is quite large and has a lovely seating area. There were 5 trams parked directly below my window, but at night, I closed the window and the curtains and I never heard the outside world. On the last night of my 5 night stay, I discovered the rooftop bar, which was almost empty, and a great place to have a drink and look out over the city.
