The breakfast was not as good as other hotels I have been to, the entertainment started too late and wasn’t the best. The rooms were also a little bit dated

Just a bit far away from the town and we only went with the breakfast option, so had to walk in and out of town (20-30mins) to get food, just maybe go all inclusive

Stairwell exit doors open to then slam back shut when used instead of using lifts, would bang through the whole corridor at any time, needs attention

The night time entertainment was a little too much of the same and underwhelming when compared to the Sol Principe where we have previously stayed.

Hotel was close to parks and center of Salou. Hotel staff were very friendly, Hotel was clean, spacious and beds were comfortable. Excellent selection of food and drink.

• Mini kids club had short hours. 2 hours in the morning. One hour in the evening. • No toys in the swimming pools for kids. Only when they have a pool party • Not a good plan for when it is raining in the evenings. They had a big room but then held the evening entertainment in the pub when there was football available to watch on s big tv.

Well done to the aminaintion team. • The hotel was understanding and empathetic when I misunderstood my booking. Thank you for your patience.

Big rush of people at 9.30am , when doors out to pool area were opened , to put towels on sun beds and then all sun beds were taken almost immediately. Should not be allowed keep sun beds for the day with towels on them and nobody using them!! The hotel management should really stop this behaviour.

Little bit from the Centre. Most of the children’s entertainment is in Spanish but they were great. Dash for sun beds at 9.30 a.m every morning, something should change here it’s ridiculous.

Rooms cleaned everyday good selection in the buffet restaurant, something to suit everyone. Good pool bar staff are very friendly.

The swimming pool area don't open until 9am and there's a lot of people waiting to get the sunbeds and once the doors open to gain access to the pool area there was over 30 plus people pushing, shoving and running down the steps to throw there towels onto the sunbeds and this is very dangerous and an accident waiting to happen.

The room was quite big and very clean and the selection of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was ok as well with a good selection of meals and cakes The pool bar and the main bar was also good with a selection of beers, wines and spirits which was a reasonable price but the main bar should be open earlier instead of 8pm at night. The carpark is also very large and very secure at a reasonable price. The staff were nice and very friendly and helpful. The hotel is within a 10 minute walk to the train station and the adventure park and within a 15 to a 20 minute walk into the town centre of Salou or the old part of Salou where the there are local Spanish shops, the market and Spanish bars where the beer is only 2 euro for a bottle of Mahou beer.

I’d say it’s location, staff and of course very varied dishes during lunch and dinner.

The room was very basic - there was no tea or coffee set nor even bottled water. We were staying just for the night but it would be helpful to have refreshments.

The amenities were very good, from several indoor pools and a big outdoor one to kids activities and great breakfast buffet. We also liked the left luggage service which was helpful. While we did have a slight issue with our booking, it was resolved very quickly and pleasantly by exceptionally professional and kind staff.

It would be nice to have a small table on the balcony. The hotel is about a 10 min walk from a shop, but there are vending machines in the hotel. There is always a queue for the lift. Music is always playing loudly through speakers at the pool, which we enjoyed, but some people may not.

This hotel has it all. Lovely, big pool with varying depths to suit all. Lots of space for sunbeds. Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. Busy hotel for families but doesn’t feel too crowded. Enjoyable evening entertainment. Well stocked bar. Ideal hotel for groups who wish to stay put and make use of al amenities. Huge selection of continental and cooked breakfast. Rooms are nice and cool with air con, which is definitely needed in the summer heat. Each room has a small fridge. Shampoo/shower gel dispenser in the bathroom. Floaties are allowed in the shallow end of the pool. Huge schedule of events daily from... sangria tasting, aqua aerobics, inflatable obstacle course, water polo, kids disco etc. Schedule is posted in the hotel lobby.

Adult evening entertainment could have been better.

Great hotel with fantastic staff. The location is great for families due to its proximity to the theme parks but is also a short distance from the beach front. Also the hotel is great for children's activities.
