Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I loved the pool! The beds were amazing and very big. We found our room super spacious and nice. The air conditioning worked really well. Frederic was great help in the lobby! Super friendly and nice. Thanks!

South AfricaAt breakfast everything was basically where , but during our 8 day stay it was slightly boring as it was the same bread , scrambled egg and cold meat every day . Some variety would have been appreciated
On check in reception was helpful and friendly ; received a room upgrade without further charge . Reception was also very knowledgeable about Barcelona and gave us useful tips for our sightseeing plans etc. Location was central so that quiet a few excursions could be done on foot .

IndiaWe had a perfect 3days stay at Soho Hotel on our first trip to Barcelona Rooms are spacious, neat and clean and has tea/coffee maker to use at your convenience. Located on Gran via next to Urgell Metro stop and Aerobus stop is at Universitat. Hence it is very convenient for exploring Barcelona, but also away from the crowds if one does like some peace, after the activities filled day/night is over. There are many many cafes, restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets nearby making it an excellent stay option. The best feature of this hotel is their staff, especially on the reception, polite, considerate, helpful and gave excellent recommendations/tips to make our stay comfortable.

NetherlandsUnfortunately it was not clear to us that the pool on the roof would still be closed. It was 26 degrees and we really wanted to cool off. This was not possible.
Good hotel at a great location. The bus to the airport stops right around the corner. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is not enormous but decent. The staff is very friendly and the facilities are clean. One recommendation: there is a very strong perfume smell in the entire house. It made me and my friend really nauseous. Less is more.

BelgiumOur room was located near the street and it was very noisy. Even with wearing ear plugs, the sound was quite loud, especially in the mornings.
The location was good. Metro, busstops very close by to reach all areas in Barcelona. The hotel was very nice with very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was good, lot of choices, healthy and less heathy :-)

IndiaThe hotel is centrally located and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The staff is friendly and we got a room upgrade as well which we are grateful. The person at the reception was kind and knew attraction points well. Since Barcelona was our first stop on our Honeymoon, it was perfect. There is a 24 hour supermarket right next to the hotel, subway is 2 mins walk and Indian restaurant closeby.

The staff at the reception is extraordinarily helpful and super friendly. I had some documents to be printed out and I asked for a copy of my passport and they were more than happy to help. Giving great advice for the city and providing perfect service at the front desk, they made my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and very clean and as well the breakfast is fresh and of good quality.
