Aqua classes and check in. Check in was awful - not enough staff and very slow. (30 minutes wait). They need a queue for people who have checked in on line (which we did) and were processed very quickly. The loud distorted noise from the speaker for aqua class was horrible when you want to relax by the pool.

If you stay at a hotel without children, you'll remember the adults-only benefits. At times it seemed that we were at a European baby gathering.

The location is very convenient - close to the railway station and the airport, the beach is a few steps away. Easy to find a place by the pool, excellent breakfast and dinner, sparking wine increases the appetite at breakfast :)

Rooms very dated could do with a refurbish. Very busy hotel if you prefer a quiet hotel this is not for you.

Two minor negatives was some aircraft take off noise and minigolf tracks were worn.

Very nice hotel. Two pools quaranteed sunbeds for every day. Very nice personnel and actually quite large scale of drinks included to all inclusive braceless. Room upgrade for 50% discount was nice suprise.

There were signs "no smoking" by the pool and other places, and unfortunately, lots of people smoked, ignoring kids around, and staff didn't do anything about it. They response was, please go and talk with someone in reception.

I really like the location of the hotel, very close to the beach and centre. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. Pools area very nice, there was enough sunbeds for everyone, no booking or leaving towels needed 😉 lots of activities organised by the staff for kids and adults. Very nice splash zone and kids club.

We had to call twice for refill of toiletries and the charge for exchange of pool towels is ridicilous. Wifi doesn't work around the pools. We asked for kettle to our room, which we received but had to call again for cups to be able to use the kettle.

The pools were good, although they close relatively early. The breakfast and dinner buffets were good and had options for children.

Perhaps an Adults area of the pool? The shower system in the room is a bit complicated to start off with but once you master it, its very effective with high water pressure and nice and warm.

It was a well run Hotel with professional staff who were pleasant and helpful. The food was excellent as was the WiFi.

Room was basic and quite noisy. The hotel wasn’t up to a 4 star rating. We paid £1,300 for 2 people which is way over priced and then paid 4 euros a day towards drinks.

Very friendly staff, clean bright hotel and the quality of all-inclusive food and drink was very good. Fantastic system of removing pool towels from sunbeds to avoid these being reserved and then not used. The grass lawn area had ample space and was quieter than the main pool area.

It would have been better if the pool bar opened earlier. Most people were by the pool by 9:30-10AM, so not having the bar open sooner / around this time meant having to walk a bit further to another bar that was open sooner. The room I stayed in was quite small and the shower didn’t work properly, in the sense that it was a bit temperamental, it would be scolding hot one minute and then cold the next and kept alternating throughout when having a shower. However it was very easy to report issues with the Barceló App and they would get fixed very quickly.

•the WiFi was not working properly for half of our stay (I was told that there is some technical issue) •the pool was too crowded for me (but that was, of course, expectable) •the fridge in my room could be a little bit bigger as I was sometimes struggling to store all sorts of beverages in there :D

•great food, also the bar was indeed superb •really close to the beach •train station (Los Álamos) approximately 0.5 km away, amazing connection with both the airport and the city of Malaga (train departing every 20 minutes) •the staff was truly helpful
