We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We stayed in Zaragoza for 5 nights and the location was excellent, easy to walk to everything in town and close to good restaurants and bars. Nice breakfast and comfortable rooms, good parking and nice bar area. However, the outstanding point was the staff - Balene at reception, Claudio at the restaurant and Meriem serving at the bar were all so friendly, remembered what we liked, helped with questions and sometimes just chatted, they made such a difference - we'll be back, that's for sure!

SpainStaff were very friendly, as the room was ready, I appreciated that they let me check in before. They have a rich pillow menu which did not see before. Breakfast was superb too with a variety of fresh fruits you do not normally see like cherries or strawberries. Great value for money

United KingdomParking on the facility was very tight in terms of access, and also difficult to find the entrance (which was only accessible by driving down some pedestrian areas). I needed to reverse out of part of the complex, as too tight to manoeuvre. Signage to get there was inadequate and needed a stop at the reception for directions. The place is ready for a refit. It’s tired, with worn carpets and poor decor. Surprising because we have used the chain often before.
Location is great for the old town, and plenty to see around the city. Good staff and efficient. We went for an included breakfast, but it was only average for the class of hotel.

I was already in February in this beautiful hotel. So it felt like coming home again. The location is perfect, a very large breakfast and friendly staff. Always good to come back. I really loved my room with a terrace and it was quiet and clean. When I'm travelling again to Zaragoza, I will always come back!

UkraineI've paid extra ~35% for bigger room with city view and balcony. Got interior view room. Asked for a cityview replacement. Got smallest possible room on a second floor with tiny non usable balcony. Done nothing after that to save time and menthal health.

Breakfast was good. Location excellent. Receptionist David was very pleasant and helpful and pointed out the places to visit. Good directions to the Hotel’s underground car park so we found it easily.
