Check in time was too late and the arrangements for the collection of the apartment keys was very poor and unclear even after a few emails.

The cleaner was still there when we arrived, and we couldn't gain access to the apartment (or parking space) until later on, but this was not a major issue. We were also without WiFi for 3 days, despite reporting it twice to the management company. Some of the furniture and fittings are looking a little tired, and for the money you pay, you would have thought that it would have been kept up to the high standards of the external grounds, but never the less it is still an amazing property to rent and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

This is a fabulous apartment, in an amazing location with great facilities. The grounds are well maintained and very clean-the staff work extremely hard to keep it all looking immaculate at all times. The apartment is lovely and modern with great views over looking the pools, grounds, and the Mediterranean Sea from the huge balcony. It is well equipped, clean, and tidy. The air-conditioning is an added bonus. The Mar Holidays staff were quick in responding to our emails and messages regarding our stay. I would definitely recommend this company and holiday homes to others.

There is construction all day long just behind the residence. It is extremely loud and disruptive. I am surprised it was not mentioned anywhere

Some of the furniture (chairs and beds) and kitchen equipment could use a replacement to appear nicer and more functional. Overall nice place though.

Fantastic view of the sea and spacious apartment. Nice pool area. Kind and rapid reaction when needed (toilet door lock fixed same day as we asked for it).

8th floor and the elevator wasn’t working. The staff member from Mar Holidays who checked us in was an hour late (we waited in the car with our two year old). She didn’t apologise, the cot we requested wasn’t there and we were given no information about the apartment. When I called about the cot I was told we’d have to wait until tomorrow. No one was available to help during our stay and the elevator was broken meaning a walk up 8 floors with a baby, stroller, bags, shopping etc. There’s only one restaurant and no cafes or bars nearby.

Clean, spacious and quiet with quality fixtures and fittings and two nice bathrooms. Lovely balcony with amazing sea views. Very impressed.

Very disappointed family holiday. We had to supply our own toilet roll. There was no bin to dump rubbish. 1 towel per person. No baby's cot, and the roller shutter door in bedroom was not working and fixed on our last day. No way out of building on leaving without keys. Dropped keys in letterbox fined 50 euro from my deposit.

To date, we have not received a refund of the 200 Euro deposit from the facility. Additionally, the facility charged us 100 Euro for two undiscarded pieces of waste and four unwashed glasses. Generally, the advantage is the location and that's all.

The bed was awful, no quilt cover, couldn't sleep, tried to contact the owner to no avail, finally had enough and left after 6 days and booked another hotel

The outsourced staff(lifeguards/cleaners/security) who looked after the Sea Senses resort day to day were rude and aggressive. Areas around the pool were often taped off so they could clean or attend to grassed areas during the height of the day, for example the baby pool was out of action for 2 days due to grass seeding !! Their schedule should accommodate holidaymakers and work be carried out at less busy periods e.g first thing in the morning or early evening. The restrictions enforced around the pool are erring on totalitarian and pretty much suck any enjoyment out of the day : No inflatables/balls, no eating and drinking unless bought from their cafe, women had to tie their hair up, no sun oil to be worn, no vaping/smoking(unless you were Spanish and then they turned a blind eye) The location is ok but not close to many services such as bars, restaurants or shops but easily accessible by car or a 20min walk.

Room well equipped Resort was exceptionally clean Pools and hot tubs were good(but see below!) Normally good availability of sun beds We arrived early and Mar Holidays kindly opened earlier to check us in. Secure parking under the resort.

Heating not working, internet not working! It was very difficult to reach (phone) the renting company. Luckily for them their local representative, Christina, tried her best to solve the problems.
