I can’t say it was 4 stars … no fridge in rooms ,the bar was closed after breakfast, could not get water or coffee, we were with children so I found it really uncomfortable …

Beds weren’t very luxurious and in my room at least our AC couldn’t cool the room off. It was like sleeping in a tent. My husband slept with our kids in a different room which was better.

We didn’t get a view of the ocean but the Mountain View is nice. Room small but patio was more space to sit and gather.

The rooms were a little outdated, this didn’t really bother us. The bed was quite small and not the comfiest but not terrible.

The staff are relaxed and friendly. The outside pool area was clean and the pool was a great size. The location was nice with views of mountains. The breakfast was fair, it had a decent range of food. kids could use the football area and crazy golf for a small charge.

I upgraded to half board, would not do this again as all warm dishes cold, to the point my daughter used the microwave to heat up the pasta dishes.

There is nothing around the hotel, so expect to travel a short distance for everything. The view from the balcony is not great.

Away from all the noise of the main city and a 5 minute drive to the city center. Ideal if you have a car and if you are ok to drive down to the city center. Parking was available within the premises for free, so it helps not shelling out extra money for the same.

Rooms need to be updated. It certainly isn't what you would expect a 4 star hotel to look like. The chairs in the terrace were covered in spider webs and also a spider web in a corner by the terrace door. Everything else was very clean though. During breakfast I never saw the cook that should be serving eggs and omelettes and the juice was terrible (some squeezed juice would be a nice to have but at least not one that tastes like powder). WiFi wasn't working either.

Lots of amenities (pool, bar, children´s park, football court), good for families and very friendly staff. The swimming pool was huge and with very nice views. In the evening I could swim all alone. In the morning I saw it was full of children. Breakfast was OK, with a good variety of fresh fruit, bread and pastry.

The wifi on the location is not connecteing and in room is not wifi facility🧐☹️. So if you want wifi on the room is not possible and is not a hotel from 4**** ever! Maybe 3***. The pool is dirty and not clean.. not recommend!

The gym was closed, the room was clean but not the terrace, i had to change my socks after walking on there, for being a 4 superior they should provide more things like toothbrush, better soap, minibar, roomservice

Spacious rooms, clean sanitary material and bedding and towels, although the furniture is somewhat old, very comfortable mattress, with a large terrace and lots of natural light, and free Wi-Fi, although it does not have a minibar. Constant cleaning by qualified personnel. Varied buffet, of all kinds including vegetarians and vegans Spectacular pool of 33 meters, almost Olympic, optimal quality of water analyzed daily. Cafeteria by the pool, quiet area to chat and unwind. Well maintained garden areas. Free parking Both the management staff and the employees are friendly and attentive at all times. Very well located to visit the area. Daily bus for trips to the beach and back. My stay with my dog was impeccable, we will repeat soon.

Location was not good. It was far away from the beaches and centrum. No sea view. It is not a 4 stars hotel.

Pool was good. Room and breakfast were okay, but it didn't match a 4 stars hotel. ratio cost/benefit is not good. Gym was well prepared.

Facilities are quite old and at best correspond to a 3-star hotel, definitely not 4-star Breakfast of very average quality Poor soundproofing, could easily hear neighbors through walls The cleaning lady refused to clean our room while our very small dog was inside, although it’s supposed to be a pet friendly hotel. We couldn’t take our pet with us, as we had an appointment at a remote distance, as a result our room wasn’t cleaned at all

Everything in the hotel was at a very good level - clean, comfortable, pool. But the most impressive was the food, it was world class there was a splendor of seafood, salads, desserts... Bravo,!

They only have one guy and he can’t cook and egg! Too rushed and everything done on an overheated ‘plancha’ so best to go for some of the good cold breakfast selection.

after complaining about defect airco right upon arrival, and contacting the management as well as booking.com, the hotel was not pleased with our complaints regarding airco, fridge, safe etc and forced us to check out. at first they said booking.com did not contact the hotel, which was a lie. when they finally admitted receiving the complaint, they forced us to leave on the second day. not a 4 star accommodation, at most 2 stars: no airco, no fridge, not enough seating etc etc

Part of the facilities were a bit old fashioned such as the mini-golf, the concrete tennis court or the petanca field. Other than the swimming pool and cafe, there was little to do in the hotel itself. We would have loved some show or singers in the evening.
