Our shower flood the bathroom every time we used it so we had to get creative with towels/turn it off every few minutes to allow it to drain. Wouldn’t stop me staying here again as everything else was literally perfect.

Beautiful spacious apartment, very nicely decorated, perfect location for exploring Palma, very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, staff were so friendly and helpful.

The sliding door to the bathroom did not close properly, you had to lift it up a bit which from the inside was rather challenging.

Breakfast was incredible and staff could not have been nicer. The location is perfect, everything close by, but still quiet at night. We would always stay here again.

The suites are, in effect, unmanned. Reception at adjoining hotel if you need anything, which we didn't. Everything worked perfectly.

We had a studio. It was totally representative of the website pictures and description. Extremely comfortable and great bathroom. The fittings and furnishings are of the highest standard. The location is a bit urban, but we loved it, with great bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Would stay again without hesitation.

Deluxe studio was comfortable and quiet with everything needed to do a little cooking. Coffee and water provided every day. Hotel staff was available and accommodating for any needs and reservations. Great location on quiet street in gothic quarter. Walking distance to many sights.

The bedside table is a bit small that you will struggle to put more than one thing on the stand.

Super clean and spacious. Hotel staff could not be more helpful. The WhatsApp way of contacting staff for assistance or questions is also incredibly helpful.

My stay at Samaritana Suites was wonderful. Helpful and friendly staff, service almost before you formulate your request. The location is extremely central but quiet (double glazing), the suite immaculately clean, breakfast generous and tasty. Recommend 100%

Kind request - please re-consider the timing of WhatsApp messages which are sent before and after guest's stay. In my case they arrived around 2-3am, what was quite disturbing in particular on the night before my arrival. I woke up and thought that my flight has been cancelled, but it was "only" a warm welcome from Samaritana Suites.

Wonderful apartment - comfortable and quiet. Location is perfect - if you already know where to go :) But the main asset of Samaritana Suites is the staff - from reception desk through breakfast area to cleaning ladies - all absolutely professional and engaged. They have reminded me that when you work with people, it is all about people. Surely there are places with more diversified breakfast or more obvious location but honestly it did not matter since you would remember emotions and not another slice of ham.

Not really a con but the location in the city center requires you to get a parking spot, but the hotel easily arranged that.

The breakfast, the location, the service, everything was perfect! Really recommend it to anyone who goes to Palma, we'll be coming back.

The room was a little hot, but the staff organised a fan for us and it was fine.

We have been travelling for 4 weeks, this was by far our most favourite accommodation. What made it so great, was the amazing staff! Slavo went above and beyond to make our stay amazing and we cannot thank him enough. The hotel even organised an upgrade and champagne and chocolates for our honeymoon. The suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, and Slavo sent us lots of restaurant recommendations. Communication was great.
