A lovely suite overlooking the square. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a useful mini kitchen area. Right in the middle of the Old Town area so perfect for sightseeing. A good selection of foods for breakfast and very helpful staff. Loved it!

All the staff were lovely. The room was fabulous, spotlessly clean with an amazing view from our little balcony overlooking the square. Breakfast was great with a friendly lady who served coffees and freshly squeezed orange juice. The hotel was just off from Plaza Major. Couldn’t be better positioned. Very good value for money, we will certainly be visiting again.

Rooms do need air conditioning on a hot day which in Salamanca in the summer is often.

The suite had every possible amenity, was modern and spacious, and was excellent for a couple. The property was perfectly located just a few meters from Plaza Mayor and near all the old city’s landmarks. The staff were amazing and even sat with us to book our bus and train connections. Overall a wonderful stay!

The restaurant/ outdoor bar served well past midnight, so noise of the patrons for most of the night.

I believe that even if I tried hard to find something to complain about, or something that could be improved, I'd fail. It was that good.

From the moment we arrived early, the service was exceptional. I felt every staff member I interacted with was trying to make our stay perfect. Not something you normally experience outside of top end 5* hotels. Special mention to the receptionist whose name I failed to get. The hotel is perfectly located and the rooms were spotless and had everything you could need. And the price was such good value.

Trying to find it when Satnav gets confused by roadworks

Impossible to reach by car. But the receptionist could guide us very efficiently, despite her limited English:-) In changing weather conditions unpleasant smell was coming from the drainage. But this is an issue with all old cities…

The location is absolutely great - 30 m from the main square. We were in Salamanca during the city’s fest, so the whole Center was a big party with the main action happening on the city square. But the noise insulation was so good that we were not disturbed at all. Our suite was very cosy and well equipped and everything was kept perfectly clean - the staff was cleaning and mending the room every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing that I didn't like is that there is a green emergency light above the door which I realise is a health and safety requirement. However, if you are on the left hand side of the bed you have this light shining in your face all night long.

The room was great, had everything you would want for a long stay. A kitchenette, 2 bathrooms and a separate pull down bunk bed set if needed. The lady on reception was very knowledgeable and friendly when greeting us. The location is also perfect as it's right off the main square.
