The woman on reception was so warm and friendly and helped to make our stay perfect. The room was very comfortable, large with great facilities. The location couldn't be better - right on a beautiful square within easy reach of all the nice places in the wonderful city of Salamanca. right up there with some fo tehbest places I have stayed.

Personally I do not like the control at the reception. Better have key cards which with you can use the elevator instead having a lady saying every time hello. It gives me less privacy

Location is top. A beautiful square just off the famous Plaza Mayor. Small but fine room surprisingly quiet! The breakfast has a good price and they make you real fresh orange juice(seldom!) and good coffee. Small buffet, but it has all you need and the fresh fruits were all very tasty.

Everything about our stay was fabulous. From the prompt replies to email questions before the visit, the very friendly lady at checkin and the personal explanation of the things in the room, the service was excellent. A lovely selection from the small buffet breakfast, along with fresh squeezed orange juice and “made to order” coffee. Then location was also better than I’d hoped - on a lovely square and around the corner of the main square, everything was within easy distance. I’d highly recommend this accommodation.

Access to the hotel is difficult and annoying for people who are using canes or are otherwise mobility impaired. I do not think this property is good for people in wheelchairs, although there is a wheelchair elevator. This problem of steps and different levels is present everywhere that I travel in Spain and Portugal. So those who are on the road need to check these details carefully before reserving a room wherever it may be.

A great location in a superb destination city. Hotel staff were absolutely wonderful. The room itself is efficiently laid out but small. Frequently couples with one suitcase, each find it difficult to accommodate them, and this hotel is no exception. The bathroom facilities were excellent, and the shower surface was rough therefore not slippery. One or to grab bars would be very helpful in the shower box.

What a find! This was the best accommodation we stayed in during our two weeks in Spain. Great location, excellent facilities, the best breakfast and the staff amazing. The studio suite had everything and more that we needed during our stay. Highly recommend this accommodation!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The location is great, the facilities are superb and the staff are fabulous. Morag the Manager was on duty and was so friendly, helpful and informative. Our only sadness was we were only booked in for one night.

Need a ramp for heavy luggage and old people.

You name it. I Everything was great, especially the staff. Helpful and kind. Great location where the balcony you can sit on looks over a small plaza. We were a small block away from the big Plaza Mayor. Numerous restaurants and stores to choose from. I can’t say enough about how great this place was. I would definitely stay there again.

A room with a view would have been nice, but for a one night stay (which really isn't enough to enjoy Salamanca), and we had no intention of staying in our room for the duration, I can't, and won't complain.

Fantastic location. A short walk to the beautiful Plaza Mayor. The studio was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. Staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast was excellent with plenty to choose from (a very generous continental breakfast). There's a small roof terrace with great views over this beautiful city, with an honesty bar, offering soft drinks and coffee. Exceptional value for money.

It was perfection.

The studio was perfect. Lots of space and great facilities. It was one of the best hotel rooms during our month long trip to Spain and Portugal covering 8 hotels. Rosa on reception was the perfect host both before and during our visit. She explained everything including car parking details. The hotel was a few minutes from plaza major and the cathedral. Lots of good eating places surround the hotel. Breakfast was excellent too. Great place to stay.

Our third stay at these lovely little studio apartments and as always absolutely perfect. The people who work there are so kind and friendly. Big thank you to Rosa for her excellent communication before our arrival and during our stay. Our room was a great size with a small terrace area overlooking the square. Spotlessly clean and very comfy king size bed. Kitchen area had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. The price of the room is extremely good value for money. Just around the corner 2 mins to main Plaza. Definitely recommend and we will be back again. Many thanks to Salamanca Suites.

Since I arrived on Sunday, it has been a noise in the plaza, but you can't control that.. .

The studio had everything. It had a nice atmosphere, and the receptionist provided coffee and anything else I needed. I must add that my room was cleaned every day, despite not really being necessary. I wanted to sit on the balcony, so I did a little bit of rearrangement. It was my decision, but it would have been incredible to have the furniture there already. However, it's economy class, so I understand.

Staff was extraordinarily friendly and welcoming. The studio clean and equipped with everything you need. Very nice breakfast buffet and a terrace to relax with your morning coffee. On top of this, the location was great too, just next to Plaza Mayor.

We had only one very small complaint: the room was too warm at night, and we didn't see how to use the climate control system. Leaving the balcony door open was pleasant, but in a college town the streets can be a bit noisy even late at night.

Everything! This is an amazing place to stay in Salamanca, combining the best features of a hotel and an apartment. There is a full-featured kitchenette with everything but an oven and also a great expanded continental breakfast, with fresh baked goods along with cheese, cold meats (including jamón, of course), very good coffee, and a gracious attendant. The space is very efficient, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is absolutely ideal -- very close to the Plaza Mayor, the university, and the cathedrals; it's in the heart of the pedestrian-friendly old city. We had an adorable little balcony overlooking one of the city's many squares. To top off this review, the price was very affordable! This is a family business that deserves the highest marks.
